Service of legal process. (a) We may serve a writ of summons, statement of claim or other legal process or any other document requiring personal service in respect of any action or proceedings under this agreement on you by leaving it at, or sending it by pre-paid airmail, local ordinary post or local registered post to, your last known address (whether within or outside Singapore and whether such address is a Post Office Box or is a place of residence or business), or by telex, facsimile or electronic mail to your telex, facsimile or electronic mail address as may be provided to us or to our solicitors. Nothing in this clause shall affect our right to serve legal process in any other manner permitted by law.

The Parties hereby agree that the service of any Writ of Summons or any legal process in respect of any claim arising out of or connected with this Agreement may be effected by forwarding a copy of the same by prepaid registered post and a copy of the same by ordinary post to the Cardmember’s address(es) stated in the Maybank Credit Card Application Form or to such other address(es) notified by the Cardmember to Maybank from time to time.

Service of legal process. 12.1 We may serve any writ of summons, statement of claim, statutory demand, bankruptcy proceedings or any other legal process or document in respect of any action or proceedings under the Agreement required by any relevant law or rules of court to be served on you by personal service, by leaving the same at your last known address on our records and/or sending it by post to (a) your last known address on our records (whether within or outside Singapore and whether such address is a Post Office Box or place of residence or business), and/or (b) via electronic mail to your last known email address, as may be provided to, or obtained by, us or our solicitors or other agents, or as may be known to us. In instances where the last known address is a Post Office Box, we may serve the said legal process or document via ordinary post.
Service of legal process. The Cardholder hereby agrees that the service of any writ of summons or any legal process in respect of any claim arising from or connected with this Agreement may be effected by forwarding a copy of the same to the Cardholder by way of prepaid registered post sent to the Cardholder’s address as stated in the Bank’s VISA/MASTERCARD CARD Application Form or such other address notified by the Cardholder and received by the Bank from time to time and such service shall be good and sufficient service thereof on the Cardholder after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of posting thereof notwithstanding that the same may be returned undelivered.
Service of legal process. (a) The service of any legal process may be given by prepaid registered post sent to the respective address for service of the parties herein and such legal process shall be deemed to have been duly served after the expiration of five (5) days from the date it is posted and if delivered by hand on the day when it is delivered and duly acknowledged.
Service of legal process. The parties hereby agree that the service of any notice in respect of any claim arising out of or connected with the Agreement may be effected by forwarding a copy of the same by post to the Cardmember’s last known address stated in the Account Application Form or to such other addresses notified by the Cardmember to the Bank from time to time and shall be deemed to have been served at the time of posting of the Notice and in proving delivery it shall be sufficient to prove that the same was properly addressed and put in the post despite any evidence to the contrary.

In addition to any mode of service permitted by law, service of any legal process on you and/or the Security Party will be sent in writing to your and/or the Security Party’s last known address maintained in the Bank’s records and deemed to have been received and served on you and/or the Security Party:
