Exhibition. The following applies to XXXX’x annual conference, CORROSION, only. Sponsors committing to Sponsorships less than or equal to $20,000 (referred to herein as an “Exhibitor”) are required to maintain an exhibit at the Event. Please note that all Exhibitors will have to complete the Exhibit Space Contract a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A. Please note that all of the terms of the Exhibit Space Contract are incorporated into this Sponsorship Agreement by reference. If XXXX terminates this Sponsorship Agreement for any reason, the Exhibit Space Contract will automatically terminate. However, if Exhibitor chooses to terminate this Sponsorship Agreement in accordance with Section 18(b) of this Sponsorship Agreement, at XXXX’x sole discretion, the Exhibitor may be allowed to maintain an exhibit at the Event. XXXX will notify Exhibitor whether or not it can maintain an exhibit at the Event within five (5) days of receiving Exhibitor’s notice of termination.
Exhibition. Any Event of the nature of an exhibition, using exhibition space in the Centre and having an Event Type classification in Part A of “Exhibition”.

C3D hereby grants to Affiliate and Affiliate hereby accepts, subject to the terms and conditions herein, a non-exclusive license to exhibit the C-3D Service on a subscription basis to Affiliate's Subscribers over the facilities of the System. Affiliate may include additional cable television systems by written amendment to Schedule A hereto, provided that C3D consents in writing in advance of any such addition. Affiliate shall exhibit the C-3D Service continuously during the term of this Agreement.

Exhibition. The Gallery shall provide for exhibition of the Works listed on the Inventory. Additional Works may be incorporated into this Agreement at such time as both parties agree to the exhibition of other Works and such Works are listed on the Inventory. All Inventory sheets shall be signed by the Artist and Gallery and shall include a description of and agreed upon “Value” and “Retail Price” for each Work exhibited. Artists shall collect all of their unsold Work by the end of the exhibition period stated above. Failure to do so shall result in the imposition of storage and handling charges to the Artist, with all risk of loss to the Artist, and after fifteen (15) days gives the Gallery the right to discard or otherwise dispose of uncollected Work.

Exhibition. The Host shall organize a commercial exhibition in conjunction with the Congress, which should be open free-of-charge to all Congress participants for a duration of #include no. of days# days. Exhibitors who are Sustaining Members of the ISPRS shall receive a discount of 10 % on the rental of space in the exhibition. ISPRS Ordinary Members shall be offered exhibition space at a discount of 50 % for presenting national activities. An entry fee may be charged to non-Congress participants who wish to access the exhibition. The Host will offer an exhibition booth, free of charge, to the publishers of the ISPRS Journals, the ISPRS Book Series and ISPRS Student Consortium. Public Outreach Programme The Host shall take adequate measures to announce the Congress locally, e.g. via public lectures, local TV and radio coverage and other activities oriented towards the public within The Host country. The Host shall create and disseminate publicity for this event. Visas Upon request The Host shall send a letter of invitation (without promise of financial support) to potential Congress participants. The Host shall take all measures required with its government officials to assure that all potential participants will be issued appropriate visas and unimpeded entry and exit, subject to local law. However, in case the government rejects the issue of any visa or refuses the entry or exit of any potential participant, The Host is not responsible.
