Disorderly Persons. The Marine Manager and any other officer of the Company shall be at liberty to take such steps as are necessary to prevent any intoxicated idle or disorderly person entering upon any wharf or port installation and to remove any such person who has so entered.
Disorderly Persons. Landlord reserves the right to exclude or expel from the Building any person who, in the judgment of Landlord, is intoxicated or under the influence of liquor or drugs, or who shall in any manner do any act in violation of any of the rules and regulations of the Building.

If the Event is cancelled by Licensor, in its sole discretion, as a result of the disorderly conduct of the artist, participant, performer or other person appearing at the Event, or for any of such party's refusal to perform (except in cases where the immediate safety of such parties is concerned), Licensee shall be in breach of this Agreement. Licensee shall be solely responsible to Licensor for the (i) conduct and activities of artists, participants, performers or exhibitors participating in the Event which, for purposes of this Agreement, shall be deemed to be the conduct and activities of Licensee, and (ii) for any and all Claims or Costs arising as a result of any such conduct or activity or refusal to perform (except in cases where the immediate safety of such parties is concerned).
Disorderly Persons. CONCESSIONAIRE shall use its best efforts to permit no intoxicated person or persons, profane or indecent language, or boisterous or loud conduct in or about the PREMISES and will call upon peace officers to assist in maintaining peaceful conditions. CONCESSIONAIRE shall not knowingly allow the use or possession of illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances on the PREMISES.
