Starting June 1, 2015, Probation will also refer select General Supervision Offenders to Contractor for services at the DRC as an additional supervision strategy. Services provided by Contractor to all DRC Participants, as described in paragraph 1.1 herein, shall be designed to promote the reintegration of adult offenders into the community and reduce the risk of recidivism.
