Routes of Collection. The Contractor shall establish collection routes. Contractor shall submit a map designating the collection routes with days of pick-up to the City for its approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor may from time-to-time propose to City for approval changes in routes or days of collection, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Upon City approval of the proposed changes, Contractor shall promptly give written or published notice to the affected Customers.

Routes of Collection. Collection routes shall be established by the Company. Company shall submit the Residential Unit and Municipal Facilities collection routes to the Town at least two (2) weeks in advance of the commencement date for such route collection activity. The Company may from time to time make changes in routes or days of collection affecting Residential Units or Municipal Facilities, provided such changes in routes or days of collection are submitted to the Town at least two (2) weeks in advance of the commencement date for such changes. Town shall promptly give written or published notice to the affected Residential Units.
