Collection Times. The Supplier shall work with the Contracting Body to offer a mutually acceptable collection time in relation to the collection of Mailing Items from Contracting Body premises. Such collection times shall ensure that delivery timescales for Mailing Items, as specified in paragraph 1.2.19 can be achieved. The collection of Mail Items from the Contracting Body premises shall be made on a free of charge basis. The Authority accepts that on occasions, the Contracting Body may request an urgent, un-scheduled collection. The Authority acknowledges that such collections may attract a fee; however the Authority expects the Supplier to make every effort to keep such a charge to an absolute minimum.
Collection Times. 14.1 Our finishing times are estimated. Every dog is different, and some dogs may take longer. If your pet becomes particularly distressed, they will be given a rest period and toilet break. This may prolong the overall grooming time period. You may have to wait a short while if your pet is not totally ready upon your arrival.
Collection Times. No collection shall be made before 7:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m., except by express authorization of the designee of the City. No regular collections shall be made from any types of premises on weekends. Saturdays may be permitted for special pickup events, missed pickups from the regular pickup day, and as makeup for holiday schedules.

Franchisee shall not begin collection on any day Monday through Friday, or on any Saturday where authorized by the City pursuant to Section 3.6, before 6:00 a.m. or continue collection on any day after 6:00 p.m. Franchisee shall not perform collection on Sundays. The Franchisee shall furnish sufficient numbers of vehicles and personnel to accomplish the Work within the specified time period, regardless of adverse conditions, mechanical breakdowns, or other similar hindrances. The Franchisee’s employees shall provide collection services to City residents with as little noise, disturbance and disruption as possible.
Collection Times. 4.12.1. The Supplier shall work with the Contracting Authority to offer a mutually acceptable collection time in relation to the collection of items from Contracting Authorities premises.

Customers whose rental goods are not available at agreed collection times are liable for a collection fee equal to the initial fee for delivery, setup & collection if a second call out has to be made rental periods are from Friday until Monday, unless where otherwise confirmed in writing. Customers who miss or extend collection appointments are liable for a rental fee equal to the initial rental fee. Where products are missing at collection point, rental fees at stipulated rates will be charged to the customer card on a weekly basis until the product is returned, or until the replacement value of the product has been reached – whichever occurs first.
