Common use of Routes of Collection Clause in Contracts

Routes of Collection. Collection routes shall be established by the Contractor. Contractor shall submit a map designating the collection routes to the City for their approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. The contractor may from time to time propose to the City for approval changes in routes or days of collection, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Upon City's approval of the proposed changes, City shall promptly give written or published notice to the affected Residential Units.
