Town Approval definition

Town Approval has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a). (aj) “Town Funding Agreement” has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
Town Approval means compliance with all the Laws of the Town of‌ Xxxxxx and if necessary, for the particular proposed action, the express consent and approval of the Town of Frisco.
Town Approval. The Town’s written approval, in a document or on a plat, given by the Director of Planning, the Town’s Stormwater Administrator, or other Person authorized by the Board. Provided, any Town Approval allowed under this Master Stormwater Agreement that also requires Board Approval under any Regulations also requires Board Approval under this Master Stormwater Agreement. Board Approval of any matter under this Master Stormwater Agreement controls over any contrary decision under any other Town Approval.

Examples of Town Approval in a sentence

  • Any relocation without the required Town Approval is void ab initio.

  • During the first ten (10) year period following the date of the recording of this Maintenance Covenant in the Registry, the Declarant may amend this Maintenance Covenant with Town Approval and without the consent or joinder of any other Person, so long as Declarant owns any portion of the Property.

  • If the amendment provisions of Section 4(b), above, are no longer applicable to the Property, this Maintenance Covenant may be amended with the consent of two-thirds (2/3) of the Owners of Lots within the Property and with Town Approval.

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, no relocation of any private drainage easement shall be valid without prior Town Approval.

  • No Subsequent Document may avoid, vary, negate, or waive the obligations and rights of the Declarant, any Owner, or the Responsible Party without amendment to this Maintenance Covenant (with Town Approval, as provided in Article I, Section 4) to allow such avoidance, variation, negation, or waiver.

  • Town Approval shall be evidenced by a copy of the town meeting vote and the town wide vote certified by the town clerk in the town where each Member is located.

  • All plats for subdivision, resubdivision, boundary line adjustments, plat of vacation plat of right-of-ways vacation and/or lot consolidations shall have each of the following certifications placed on the Plat and signed prior to Town Approval of the plat.

  • Any amendment of this Maintenance Covenant must have prior Town Approval.

  • Improvements completed without Town Approval: Any changes or alterations to Town road ditches or ROW completed by landowners not approved by the Town or expressly allowed as detailed in this policy may be removed at landowner expense.

Related to Town Approval

  • IRB approval means the determination of the IRB that the research has been reviewed and may be conducted at an institution within the constraints set forth by the IRB and by other institutional and federal requirements.

  • HSR Approval means expiration of all applicable waiting periods under the HSR Act (including any voluntary agreed extensions) or earlier termination thereof.

  • MAA Approval means approval of an MAA by the applicable Regulatory Authority for marketing and sale of a Product in the Collaborator Territory, but excluding any Pricing and Reimbursement Approval.

  • CPUC Approval means a final and non-appealable order of the CPUC, without conditions or modifications unacceptable to the Parties, or either of them, which contains the following terms:

  • Price Approval means, in any country where a Governmental Authority authorizes reimbursement for, or approves or determines pricing for, pharmaceutical products, receipt (or, if required to make such authorization, approval or determination effective, publication) of such reimbursement authorization or pricing approval or determination (as the case may be).

  • Conditional approval means a time-limited status that results when an approved nursing education program has failed to maintain requirements as set forth in this chapter.

  • Requisite Regulatory Approvals has the meaning set forth in Section 7.01(b).

  • type-approval means the procedure whereby an approval authority certifies that a type of vehicle, system, component or separate technical unit satisfies the relevant administrative provisions and technical requirements;

  • CFIUS Approval means that any of the following shall have occurred: (a) the review period under the DPA commencing on the date that a CFIUS Notice is accepted by CFIUS shall have expired and Xxx, on the one hand, and Polaris, on the other hand, shall have received written notice from CFIUS to the effect that such review has been concluded and that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns, and all action under the DPA is concluded with respect to the Contemplated Transactions, (b) an investigation under the DPA shall have been commenced after such review period and CFIUS shall have determined to conclude all action under the DPA without sending a report to the President of the United States, and Xxx, on the one hand, and Polaris, on the other hand, shall have received written notice from CFIUS that either the Contemplated Transactions do not constitute a “covered transaction” under the DPA or there are no unresolved national security concerns, and all action under the DPA is concluded with respect to the Contemplated Transactions, or (c) CFIUS shall have sent a report to the President of the United States requesting the President’s decision and either (i) the President shall have announced a decision not to take any action to suspend or prohibit the Contemplated Transactions or, (ii) the period under the DPA during which the President may announce his decision to take action to suspend, prohibit or place any limitations on the Contemplated Transactions shall have expired without any such action being threatened, announced or taken.

  • Approved/Approval means the approval in writing.

  • Initial approval means authorization to admit students and enter into contractual agreements for clinical facilities. It is granted only after an application has been submitted, reviewed and a survey visit made by the Board. No students shall be admitted to the program until the institution has received written notification that initial approval has been granted. Failure to comply will delay initial approval.

  • Marketing Authorization Application or “MAA” means an application for Regulatory Approval in a country, territory or possession.

  • FCC Approval means the FCC’s grant of the FCC Applications; provided that the possibility that an appeal, request for stay, or petition for rehearing or review by a court or administrative agency may be filed with respect to such grant, or that the FCC may reconsider or review such grant on its own authority, shall not prevent such grant from constituting FCC Approval for purposes of the Plan.

  • Application Approval Date means the date that the Application is approved by the Board of Trustees of the District and as further identified in Section 2.3.B of this Agreement.

  • Key Regulatory Approvals means those sanctions, rulings, consents, orders, exemptions, permits and other approvals (including the lapse, without objection, of a prescribed time under a statute or regulation that states that a transaction may be implemented if a prescribed time lapses following the giving of notice without an objection being made) of Governmental Entities as set out in Schedule C hereto;

  • Regulatory Approval means any approval or clearance by any governmental agency or agencies having authority to regulate the use or sale of any Licensed Product(s) in the pertinent jurisdiction or territory.

  • Preliminary Approval means the Court’s Order Granting Preliminary Approval of the Settlement.

  • Marketing Approval means all approvals, licenses, registrations or authorizations of the Regulatory Authority in a country, necessary for the manufacture, use, storage, import, marketing and sale of a Product in such country.

  • Required Regulatory Approvals means the Seller Required Regulatory Approvals and the Buyer Required Regulatory Approvals.

  • Regulatory Approvals means any registrations, licenses, authorizations, permits or approvals issued by any Governmental Authority and applications or submissions related to any of the foregoing.

  • Regulatory Approval Application means any application submitted to an appropriate Regulatory Authority seeking any Regulatory Approval.

  • Approval Notice means, with respect to any Eligible Loan Asset, the written notice, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, evidencing the approval by the Administrative Agent, in its sole discretion, of the conveyance of such Eligible Loan Asset by the Transferor to the Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Purchase and Sale Agreement and the Loan Assignment by which the Transferor effects such conveyance.

  • Marketing Authorization means all approvals from the relevant Regulatory Authority necessary to market and sell a Product in any country (including without limitation, all applicable pricing and governmental reimbursement approvals even if not legally required to sell Product in a country).

  • Approvals means the permits, clearances, licenses and consents as are listed in Schedule 3 hereto and any other statutory approvals.
