Room and Board Charges. Room and board rates are applied to the student’s account and are billed per semester. Rates can be viewed online at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/residencelife/housing-and-dining/rates.html. Students in rooms/apartments with special amenities such as private bathrooms, kitchens, or laundry machines incur an additional per semester charge called an “amenity fee,” detailed at the link above. This fee is billed to all residents of Xxxxxxxx and Xxxxx halls and may be billed to other students in traditional hall rooms with special amenities.
Room and Board Charges. The Western Oregon University Board of Trustees has authority to modify charges if cost expectations on which charges are based substantially exceed present estimates. Your housing fees will be charged to your student account.

The Student shall pay such charges, and other payments due under or as a consequence of this Agreement (including, without limitation, all applicable fees and any damages assessed, and meal plan charges) by the due date, or the College may restrict dining hall access, withhold degrees, grades transcripts, and registration, and/or terminate this Agreement and hold the Student responsible for all costs incurred by the College resulting from the Student’s breach of this Agreement. Any amount unpaid ten days after the due date shall be collected in accordance with the University of Oregon’s revolving charge account program (OAR 571‑060‑0040) and is subject to the revolving charge account agreement, whether or not one is executed, and thus is subject to a 9% interest rate per annum beginning on the eleventh day and a $6 per month overdue billing
