Business Affairs definition

Business Affairs means the Business Assets, affairs, liabilities, condition (financial or otherwise), prospects and results of operations of a specified Person or Persons.
Business Affairs means ‘the totality of the money-making affairs’ of an agency or person as distinct from ‘private or internal affairs’.267
Business Affairs means all information and documentation furnished to you by the Protected Parties or any of them relating to the business (past, current and prospective), operations, technologies, systems, concepts, programs, practices, plans, properties, personnel, know-how, trade secrets, competitively sensitive data, and financial information (reflecting both the financial position and financial results), of any or all of the Protected Parties; and

  • The Borrower Group Members shall, and shall cause each of the Borrower'sBorrowers’ Subsidiaries to (i) conduct its Business Affairs in the ordinary course and (ii) use its reasonable efforts in the ordinary course and consistent with past practice (A) to preserve its Business Affairs and the goodwill and business of the customers, advertisers, suppliers and others with whom it has business relations and (B) keep available the services and goodwill of its employees.
