Your Student Account. To start using the Academy as a Student, you must create a Student Account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, and it is your responsibility to keep this information up-to-date. If any of the information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we or Stepik have the right to suspend or terminate your access to all or a part of the Academy without any refund. You must keep your Student Account secure, and you must not share access to your Student Account, including passwords, with any third party. You must not set up multiple Student Accounts. This Section also applies to Patron Accounts. Your JetBrains Account & Orders To place and complete an order, the Customer must create a JetBrains Account if they do not already own one.

All other distributions received by a Trust shall be credited to the Capital (Principal) Account."

  • Operating Account To the extent funds are not required to be placed in a lockbox pursuant to any Loan Documents, Property Manager shall deposit all rents and other funds collected from the operation of the Property in a reputable bank or financial institution in a special trust or depository account or accounts for the Property maintained by Property Manager for the benefit of the Company (such accounts, together with any interest earned thereon, shall collectively be referred to herein as the “Operating Account”). Property Manager shall maintain books and records of the funds deposited in and withdrawals from the Operating Account. With funds from Company, Property Manager shall maintain the Operating Account so that an amount at least as great as the budgeted expenses for such month is in the Operating Account as of the first of each month. From the Operating Account, Property Manager shall pay the operating expenses of the Property and any other payments relative to the Property as required by this Agreement. If more than one account is necessary to operate the Property, each account shall have a unique name, except to the extent any Lender requires sub-accounts within any account. Within three (3) months after receipt by Property Manager, all rents and other funds collected in the Operating Account, after payment of all operating expenses, debt service and such amounts as may be determined by the Property Manager to be retained for reserves or improvements, shall be paid to the Company.

  • Establishment of Custodial Accounts; Deposits in Custodial Accounts The Company shall segregate and hold all funds collected and received pursuant to each Mortgage Loan separate and apart from any of its own funds and general assets and shall establish and maintain one or more Custodial Accounts. The Custodial Account shall be an Eligible Account. Funds deposited in the Custodial Account, which shall be deposited within 24 hours of receipt, shall at all times be insured by the FDIC up to the FDIC insurance limits, or must be invested in Permitted Investments for the benefit of the Purchaser. Funds deposited in the Custodial Account may be drawn on by the Company in accordance with Section 4.05. The creation of any Custodial Account shall be evidenced by a letter agreement in the form shown in Exhibit B hereto. The original of such letter agreement shall be furnished to the Purchaser on the Closing Date, and upon the request of any subsequent Purchaser. The Company shall deposit in the Custodial Account on a daily basis, and retain therein the following payments and collections received or made by it subsequent to the Cut-off Date, or received by it prior to the Cut-off Date but allocable to a period subsequent thereto, other than in respect of principal and interest on the Mortgage Loans due on or before the Cut-off Date:

  • Designated Account Agent is authorized to make the Revolving Loans, and Issuing Bank is authorized to issue the Letters of Credit, under this Agreement based upon telephonic or other instructions received from anyone purporting to be an Authorized Person or, without instructions, if pursuant to Section 2.6(d). Borrowers agree to establish and maintain the Designated Account with the Designated Account Bank for the purpose of receiving the proceeds of the Revolving Loans requested by Borrowers and made by Agent or the Lenders hereunder.
