Key Cards. 8.1 Each Key Card is and remains the property of the Company.

Key Cards. If a card key is required for entry to the building or an employee’s work areas, the Employer will provide the employee with such a card at no cost and will replace worn out, lost, or stolen cards at no cost, but not more frequently than every two years. The employee shall be responsible for safekeeping of the card and shall immediately report a lost or stolen card. If an employee loses the card, it is stolen, or worn out more frequently than every two years, the employee shall purchase a replacement card (at cost).
Key Cards. All residents are required to carry their Residence Hall ID at all times and must present the Residence Hall ID to the security guard before they can be admitted to the Residence Hall. If someone is found with a Residence Hall ID that does not belong to them, the Resident and/or individual may face disciplinary sanctions and the Residence Hall ID will be confiscated. A lost Residence Hall ID will be replaced at a cost of $20. Each lockout will be a charge of $10. Upon entry into the room, the Resident must show the assigned Residence Hall ID or be subject to a lost ID charge for replacement. Additional charges will be levied by Campus Life for a lost SFC ID. Residents may not duplicate Residence Hall ID Cards. Keys/Key Fobs/IDs/Key Cards and/or access to a room/suite will not be provided to anyone other than the assigned Resident(s).
Key Cards a. Replacement of a lost Gothic access card will cost $25 to encode another access card. If you lose your access card, you must notify Residence Life (xxxxxxx@xxxx.xxx or 201-200-2338) or Public Safety (201-200-3128) immediately.
Key Cards. The Subtenant shall provide to the Sublandlord the names and any other information indicated by Sublandlord as necessary for including into its electronic key card system employees and other personnel, which Subtenant desires to give electronic access to the Subleased Premises. The Sublandlord shall include the information in the key card system used by the Sublandlord for purposes of accessing the Subleased Premises, provided Sublandlord shall not be obligated to issue any more than thirty (30) cards at any given time The Sublandlord makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding the key card system, and the Subtenant hereby acknowledges and agrees that the system and related use is being provided on an “AS-IS” basis solely as a courtesy to Subtenant. Subtenant shall have the right to notify Sublandlord to remove Sublandlord’s electronic key card system at any time during the Term of the Sublease. Upon receipt of notice from Subtenant regarding the removal of the electronic key card system, Sublandlord shall remove the electronic key card system in a reasonable amount of time. Subtenant shall have the right to install, in a good and workmanlike manner and at Subtenant’s sole cost and expense, and use a security and access system of Subtenant’s choosing. Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, Subtenant is, and shall at all times remain, solely responsible for the security of the Subleased Premises and any personnel, information, equipment or property therein. In no event shall any of the foregoing be construed as Sublandlord’s assuming any responsibility or liability for any security of the Subleased Premises or any personnel, information, equipment or property therein. The Subtenant hereby agrees that the Subtenant shall be solely responsible for any abuse or misuse of the key card system by any of Subtenant’s employees or personnel or former employees or personnel. Although under no obligation to do so, the Sublandlord hereby reserves the right in its sole discretion to, at any time upon five (5) days notice, replace the key card system(s) described herein with any other key card system.
Key Cards. ISB shall provide User with a key card for each of Authorized Employees. User shall be responsible for all access cards or keys to the Space and shall return them to ISB on expiration or earlier termination of this Agreement. User shall pay for any additional or replacement cards or keys and any reprogramming necessary because of any lost or stolen access card or key. ISB may require each person who is given such access to sign a confidentiality and nondisclosure agreement and User shall be responsible for any violation thereof by its Authorized Employees. In no event shall User or any person holding one of User’s access cards enter any part of the Building for which his or her card does not permit access unless such person has registered with ISB and is accompanied by an ISB representative. If the holder of one of User’s access or parking cards enters into an area of the Building for which his or her card is not programmed, ISB may cancel that person’s access card without notice. All access to the Building is subject to ISB’s access control and security procedures as these procedures may be adopted and revised from time to time. It is User’s responsibility to obtain authorization from ISB for their additional personnel to obtain access to the Space prior to providing them access to the site pursuant to Section 5 (Security Deposit) of this Agreement. Key Cards. Lost, Unauthorized Possession and/or Use Key cards are the responsibility of the resident. If a key card is lost it must be reported immediately to Great West Student Residences Management. A loaner key card will be given for a maximum of 48 hours. If keys are considered lost, there is a non-refundable fee for the replacement of the key card as well as the cost of changing the door lock, if required. These charges may vary. See the Manager for more details. All key cards to accommodation in Great West Student Residences shall, at all times, remain the property of Great West Student Residences and may not be duplicated. We reserve the right to charge and collect a refundable key card deposit of $50.00 per key card. Assigned key cards must be returned to the office when you move out. Penalty charges will accrue until all assigned key cards are returned. Unauthorized possession or unauthorized use of key cards is prohibited and may result in eviction. You may enter another person’s accommodations in Great West Student Residences only with their permission and, then only by authorized use of an issued key card. Tampering with or disabling a door’s locking mechanism or propping open a locked door and leaving it unattended is prohibited. You agree that you will not place any additional locks on any door in Great West Student Residences without our prior written consent. Violation may result in eviction

Key Cards. Lessee shall be required to use key cards to access the Premises, UNH Premises, and Common Areas. Lessor shall provide Lessee with key cards. Lessee shall ensure that the key cards are only used by authorized personnel at all times. Lessee must, upon the termination of its tenancy, return to Lessor all key cards, and in the event of the loss of any key cards, Lessee shall pay to Lessor the cost thereof. Lessor, in its discretion, may change its policies regarding key card usage at any time during the Lease Term.
