RESULTS OF THE PROJECT. The results developed during the Project shall be exclusively property of the Beneficiary.
RESULTS OF THE PROJECT. The deliverables from the Project are defined and are included in the Project details at Annexure 1. It is the responsibility of the Company to protect the New Intellectual Property (New IP). It shall bear the expenditure involved in protecting the New IP. For the purpose of this Agreement, New IP means intellectual property generated during the conduct of the Project by the Company, but excluding the intellectual property generated by the Company before execution of this Agreement as set out in Annexure 3 and any IP generated outside the scope of this Agreement even during the term of this Agreement. New IP shall be the property of the Company and other project partners provided that the New IP shall be governed by IGSTC till full and final settlement of all dues to the satisfaction of IGSTC. During this period, the Company shall not assign or transfer the New IP to any third party directly or indirectly without prior written consent from IGSTC.
RESULTS OF THE PROJECT. The results of all work done by the University in connection with the project, incorporated in the written report in accordance with paragraph 1, shall remain property of the Client. Results arrived at with little or no involvement on the part of the Client are available free of charge for the Client's own use. However, the University reserves the right to use such results in connection with activities outside the scope of the project. Inventions are covered in paragraph 6. If the Client consists of several individuals, all questions of Client, rights between the Clients must be settled between such individuals and are of no concern to the University. Unless otherwise agreed, all reports are to be sent to Clients in triplicate. The University has the right to retain a copy.

RESULTS OF THE PROJECT. The deliverables from the project are defined and included in the project document as Annexure 1. It is the responsibility of the institutional (third part) and industrial partner (second part) to protect any intellectual property rights that may result from the project in consultation with other project partners as per the agreed terms. Existing IP (background IP) of the project partners will remain with the respective owners. Ownership of the IP generated in this project would be shared amongst the project partners as per the mutually agreed terms and conditions. Any publication in journals, presentation in seminars in respect of the project is permitted only in consultation and concurrence with all partners. Such publication should acknowledge the support extended by IGSTC. Both parties shall have right to commercially exploit / conduct further research work on the intellectual property in the project so developed. IGSTC may be kept informed about the commercialization and IP developed.
