Resident Manual. Resident Physician shall be familiar with and abide by the policies, terms, and conditions of the Resident Manual. Resident Physician shall keep current with any and all changes made thereto.

Resident Manual. Xxxxxx has received a copy of, and has read the Lessee rules and regulations entitled “Resident Manual,” which is incorporated into this agreement by reference. This manual is available at xxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/TenantManual.doc. The Lessee agrees to obey all building rules, if applicable, describing Lessee conduct and responsibilities. The Lessor may make reasonable additions or changes to these rules, upon adequate notice to the Lessee.
Resident Manual. The Resident Manual provides detailed information about the benefits and obligations of Resident Physicians who participate in the Program. The Resident Manual is posted to The Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx University Graduate Medical Education website: xxxx://xxxx.xxxxx.xxx/graduatemedicaleducation/overviewmission/residentmanual. The policies, terms, and conditions of the Resident Manual are incorporated by reference into this Agreement, and Resident Physician acknowledges availability of the Resident Manual online and agrees to abide by its policies, terms, and conditions, as they may be amended from time to time. The following provisions identify some, but not all, of the requirements set forth in the Resident Manual.
Resident Manual. Medical Center will make reasonable efforts to notify Resident Physician of any material changes in the Resident Manual. The Medical Center’s current notice practice is to e-mail changes to the Resident Manual to the Resident’s University e-mail address maintained by the Office of Graduate Medical Education. It is the Resident Physician's responsibility to monitor his or her University email account for information on any changes.   • Project Implementation Manual The Recipient, through the PCU, shall: (i) take all action required to carry out Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4 (ii) of the Project in accordance with the provisions and requirements set forth or referred to in the Project Implementation Manual; (ii) submit recommendations to the Association for its consideration for changes and updates of the Project Implementation Manual as they may become necessary or advisable during Project implementation in order to achieve the objective of Parts 1.1, 1.3, 1.4, 2, 3.1(b), 3.2, 3.3 and 4(ii) of the Project; and (iii) not assign, amend, abrogate or waive the Project Implementation Manual or any of its provisions without the Association’s prior agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if any of the provisions of the Project Implementation Manual is inconsistent with the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail and govern.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • Substitution of Key Personnel Consultant has represented to City that certain key personnel will perform and coordinate the Services under this Agreement. Should one or more of such personnel become unavailable, Consultant may substitute other personnel of at least equal competence upon written approval of City. In the event that City and Consultant cannot agree as to the substitution of key personnel, City shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement for cause. As discussed below, any personnel who fail or refuse to perform the Services in a manner acceptable to the City, or who are determined by the City to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely completion of the Project or a threat to the safety of persons or property, shall be promptly removed from the Project by the Consultant at the request of the City.   • Compliance Plan (1) This paragraph (h) applies to any portion of the contract that—

  • Sub-Advisor Compliance Policies and Procedures The Sub-Advisor shall promptly provide the Trust CCO with copies of: (i) the Sub-Advisor’s policies and procedures for compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws (together, the “Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures”), and (ii) any material changes to the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures. The Sub-Advisor shall cooperate fully with the Trust CCO so as to facilitate the Trust CCO’s performance of the Trust CCO’s responsibilities under Rule 38a-1 to review, evaluate and report to the Trust’s Board of Trustees on the operation of the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures, and shall promptly report to the Trust CCO any Material Compliance Matter arising under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures involving the Sub-Advisor Assets. The Sub-Advisor shall provide to the Trust CCO: (i) quarterly reports confirming the Sub-Advisor’s compliance with the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures in managing the Sub-Advisor Assets, and (ii) certifications that there were no Material Compliance Matters involving the Sub-Advisor that arose under the Sub-Advisor Compliance Procedures that affected the Sub-Advisor Assets. At least annually, the Sub-Advisor shall provide a certification to the Trust CCO to the effect that the Sub-Advisor has in place and has implemented policies and procedures that are reasonably designed to ensure compliance by the Sub-Advisor with the Federal Securities Laws.
