Compliance Plan definition

Compliance Plan means the compliance obligations, program, and procedures described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 13.
Compliance Plan means the program described in this Consent Decree at paragraph 10.
Compliance Plan means the document submitted for an affected source to the EPA which specifies the methods by which each affected unit at the source will meet the applicable emissions limitation and emissions reduction requirements.

  • Final payment, retainage, or both may be withheld if the Contractor is not in compliance with the requirements of the Compliance Plan as accepted by the City.

  • If a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise/Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE/WBE) Program Compliance Plan is required by the Solicitation, and the Contractor has identified Subcontractors, the Contractor is required to submit a Contract Close-Out MBE/WBE Compliance Report to the Project Manager or Contract Manager no later than the 15th calendar day after completion of all work under the Contract.

More Definitions of Compliance Plan

Compliance Plan means the document to be prepared and updated by FortisAlberta pursuant to Section 7.5 of the Code.
