Employment Eligibility. Contractor shall ensure that all employees of Contractor and any subcontractor retained by Contractor in connection with this Agreement have provided the necessary documentation to establish identity and employment eligibility as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. Failure to provide the necessary documentation will result in the termination of the Agreement as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.

Employment Eligibility. In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, you are required to establish your identity and employment eligibility. Therefore, on your first day of employment you will be required to fill out an Employment Verification Form and present documents in accordance with this form.
Employment Eligibility. From time to time after your first day of employment, you may be asked to provide proof of your identity as well as your legal right to work in the United States. If for any reason you are unable to provide proof of your identity as well as your legal right to work in the United States, the Company may not be able to employ you in the Position and may terminate your employment. Failure to provide the necessary documentation will result in the termination of the Agreement as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986.
Employment Eligibility. The contractor shall agree that each employee working on this contract will successfully pass the DHS Employment Eligibility Verification (E-Verify) program operated by USCIS to establish work authorization. The E-Verify system, formerly known as the Basic Pilot/Employment Eligibility verification Program, is an Internet-based system operated by DHS USCIS, in partnership with the Social Security Administration (SSA) that allows participating employers to electronically verify the employment eligibility of their newly hired employees. E-Verify represents the best means currently available for employers to verify the work authorization of their employees. The Contractor must agree that each employee working on this contract will have a Social Security Card issued and approved by the Social Security Administration. The Contractor shall be responsible to the Government for acts and omissions of his own employees and for any Subcontractor(s) and their employees. Subject to existing law, regulations and/ or other provisions of this contract, illegal or undocumented aliens will not be employed by the Contractor, or with this contract. The Contractor will ensure that this provision is expressly incorporated into any and all Subcontracts or subordinate agreements issued in support of this contract.
Employment Eligibility. You agree to provide to the Company, within three days of your hire date, documentation of your eligibility to work in the United States, as required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986. You may need to obtain a work visa in order to be eligible to work in the United States. If that is the case, your employment with the Company will be conditioned upon your obtaining a work visa in a timely manner as determined by the Company.
