Required Medical Examinations. 1. The Board agrees to provide any and all physical or health examinations the Board may require, free of expense to all Teachers except for X-rays. If, in the course of the premium year, the Plan benefits for a Teacher and the Teacher's family have been exhausted, the charge for any additionally required X-ray of the Teacher will be reimbursed by the Board.

Required Medical Examinations. A ll employees shall file with the Business Office at the beginning of service a written report of a medical examination by a physician. The report shall be on the form provided by the school. Upon receipt of the required report, a copy of the doctor’s bill, and a copy of the insurance statement (if the employee is eligible for insurance) the B usiness Office shall reimburse the employee for the cost of the physical that is not covered by insurance up to $100.00. In the event that the Board requests a physical other than the beginning of service physical, for the purpose of determining an employee's ability to perform assigned duties, the Board shall pay the cost of this physical. It is understood that the Board may designate the physician who will conduct this extra required physical examination.

In the event that an Employee’s Rider J benefits are exhausted in the course of the premium year, and the Board has required X-ray paid for by Rider J, the Board shall reimburse the Employee for the cost of the X-rays which were required by the Board.
Required Medical Examinations. The Board will reimburse each employee for the cost of a required physical examination at a cost up to $20.00. The Board will either arrange to have required x-rays taken at no cost to the employee or reimburse the employee for the costs involved.

  • Medical Examinations An employee may be required by the Employer, at the request of and at the expense of the Employer, to take a medical examination by a physician of the employee's choice.
