MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS. The “EMPLOYEE” agrees, under the terms of the provision set forth under fraction X of article 134 of the Federal Labor Law, to take all medical examinations the “COMPANY” indicates, as well as those mandatory examinations in accordance with the Rules of Health.
