REPORTING REQUIREMENTS AND TIME SCHEDULE FOR DELIVERABLES. All reports and documentation are to be submitted to the Technical Director, Project Implementation Unit, Ministry of Health or designate. Technical reports to Component and Project Activity Leads and stakeholders are also required in keeping with the Stakeholder Engagement Plan.

(month 11) Reports are to be submitted as follows: The Laboratory Mentor submits reports to the DERPi Laboratory Consultant and DERPi Project Manager as per the schedule above. The DERPi Laboratory Consultant will approve reports. DERPi will review and on acceptance, submit to the DOWH Project Manager. The DOWH Project Manager coordinates the review by and feedback from the DOWH Director and MOH project team and facilitates the provision of feedback to DERPi. DERPi submits the final version of report with attachment(s), delivery acceptance signoff form and invoice from the consultant to Director DOWH. Director XXXX countersigns the delivery acceptance signoff form and submits accepted reports along with invoice from the consultant, to PIU HSSP for payments. Reports should be submitted electronically by email to the DERPi Laboratory Consultant with a copy to the DERPi Project Manager.

Ensure the HIE is properly configured to be able to accept, translate all incoming HL7 messages from the LIS into HL7 FHIR equivalent and store on the FHIR Server all new clinical data. The HIE should also use smart logic to know which data fields on SIP Plus should be updated via API. This includes data mapping and linking the LIS at ERHA and TRHA respectively. Should there be time in the project to include the other RHAs we will do so accordingly, one RHA at a time. Milestone in accordance with a projected implementation schedule (to be made available at the start of the consultancy) Documentation of all data points mapped and all APIs built Fully document all data points mapped from SIP Plus as well as the LIS to the HL7 FHIR Server via the Health Integration Engine. Also, to be included in the documentation is the logic used when creating and updating patient records so as to mitigate duplication and errors. Two weeks before end of DERPi’s contract.
