Registration and Insurance. Vessel Owner shall provide Manager a copy of current vessel registration from the CA DMV or vessel documentation from US DOT. Registration or documentation must list all vessel owners and Dry-Storage Facility tenants of record. Before locating a vessel in Dry-Storage Facility, Vessel Owner shall provide Manager proof of current vessel insurance as required in this Agreement. Failure to provide current vessel registration / documentation and current vessel insurance for the entire term of the Agreement may result in termination of the Agreement.
Registration and Insurance. The Marina requires Boat Owner to provide copy of registration or boat ownership upon completion and payment of Marine Storage Agreement. Boat Owner hereby agrees to provide complete liability and casualty insurance and acknowledges that the Marina does not provide any insurance protection whatsoever to the Boat Owner.
Registration and Insurance. Watercraft Owner will provide copy of registration/vessel ownership upon completion and payment of Marine Winter Storae Contract. Watercraft Owner acknowledges that the Marina does not provide any insurance protection whatsoever, and agrees that watercraft, its contents and equipment including but not limited to motors, outdrives, etc will be insured at all times for direct physical loss including but not limited to fire and theft, and watercraft liability with limits of not less than $500,000/occurrence and will furnish Marina with a certificate of insurance. Marina assumes no liability for fire, theft, or damage of any type or nature, to any watercraft, vehicle or any other items brought onto Marina premises rising out of or connection with the use of its facilities, and watercraft owner hereby holds harmless and indemnifies marina from any and all property or liability losses and waives any rights of subrogation of its insurer(s) may have or allege to have against the Marina.
Registration and Insurance. 7.1 The Lessee must register the Equipment and keep the Equipment registered during the Term as required by any applicable law of the jurisdiction in which the Equipment will normally be garaged or kept in the name of the Lessee as if the Lessee were Volvo Finance except where the register is a register of ownership or security interests. The Lessee may not transfer that registration to another jurisdiction without Volvo Finance's consent.
Registration and Insurance. The leased property shall be registered in the name of the Lessor during the term of the lease. Lessor shall provide the following insurance coverage on the vehicle during the term of the lease: Collision: Actual cash value less $ deductible Auto damage other than collision: Actual cash value less $ deductible. Lessee shall ensure that it provides liability insurance coverage for its activities relating to its possession of the leased property in the minimum amount of $ per occurrence and $ per person.
Registration and Insurance. The Caravan Owner must ensure that the Caravan is registered at all times and shall effect a comprehensive insurance policy relating to the Caravan and the Contents. The Caravan Owner will provide to the Proprietor on demand evidence that registration and insurance policies are current. The Charges The Caravan Owner shall pay the Charges as defined in the Schedule at the times stated in the Schedule. Limitation of Liability The Caravan and the Contents are stored at the sole risk of the Caravan Owner. The Caravan Owner releases the Proprietor from all claims relating to or arising out of damage to or deterioration in the quality of the Caravan or the Contents except where such damage or deterioration in quality is caused by the wilful or negligent act or omission of the Proprietor or a person for whom the Proprietor is responsible. The Caravan Owner releases the Proprietor from all claims relating to or arising from theft of the Caravan or the Contents.
Registration and Insurance. The Consignor agrees to register the vehicle during the duration of the consignment. The Consignor acknowledges the Consignee's insurance may not include coverage for the Consignor's vehicle. Consignor agrees to pay all fees involved for maintaining the vehicle's registration and insurance including liability insurance.
Registration and Insurance. Xxxxxx agrees to use parking space/garage only for passenger vehicles with a current California registration in Lessee’s name. Xxxxxx agrees to maintain automobile liability insurance in accordance with the laws of the State of California and shall show LESSOR proof of insurance upon the written request of the LESSOR.
