Passenger Vehicles definition

Passenger Vehicles. (i) 1.1. Category M Motor vehicles designed and constructed primarily for the carriage of persons and their luggage, as defined pursuant to EU Directive 2007/46/EC.
Passenger Vehicles means a Motor Vehicle constructed solely for the carriage of passengers and their effects and adapted to carry not more than twelve passengers exclusive of the Driver, and not drawing a trailer

More Definitions of Passenger Vehicles

Passenger Vehicles means passenger vehicles, including electric powered cars and vehicles, mini vans, sports utility vehicles, motorcycles, motor scooters, bicycles, vans, light trucks, and pickup trucks, but, excluding buses, trucks with a load capacity of one (1) ton or more not included within the “car” or “passenger vehicle” classification by the Georgia Department of Motor Vehicles, full size vans, motor homes, campers, trailers, boats, golf carts, and motorized go carts.
Passenger Vehicles means standard passenger vehicles, including automobiles, passenger vans designed to accommodate ten (10) or fewer people, motorcycles and pick-up trucks having a manufacturer’s rating or payload capacity of one (1) ton or less that do not have commercial advertising visible from the exterior of the vehicle.
Passenger Vehicles mean motor vehicles having no more than 2 axles and being not more than 19 feet in length, and expressly exclude mass transit vehicles, buses and recreational vehicles (as that term is defined in Section 94.001 of the Texas Property Code).
