  • In relation to the Storage Price stipulated in point 2.1 of this Agreement, the method of invoicing and the deadline for issuing and delivering an invoice shall be as specified in point 10.12(a) of the General Terms and Conditions setting out commercial terms and conditions for access to and use of the Storage Facility attached as Annex No. 3 to this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “General Terms and Conditions”).

  • The SSO is entitled to request the Customer to withdraw Gas stored by the Customer in the Storage Facility if a third party owns the Gas or has security rights in the Gas and if it is not reasonably acceptable for the SSO to store such Gas in the Storage Facility.

  • If differing operating modes impair the integrity of the Storage Facility, the SSO reserves its right to set requirements for the utilization of the Storage Capacities for the future in coordination with the Customer.


More Definitions of Storage Facility

Storage Facility means the reservoir, underground equipment, and surface facilities and equipment used or proposed to be used in a geologic storage operation. It does not include pipelines used to transport carbon dioxide to the storage facility.
