Other Than Collision definition

Other Than Collision means loss caused by the following:
Other Than Collision means a loss caused by theft occurring during the policy period, of “your covered auto”, or part thereof, and for loss caused by direct or accidental damage to “your covered auto” other than damage caused by “collision”.
Other Than Collision means physical damage to an “insured vehicle” or a “non-owned autoresulting from: 1. Breakage of glass; 2. Contact with bird or animal; 3. Explosion or earthquake; 4. Fire; 5. Hail, water or flood; 6. Lightning 7. Malicious mischief or vandalism; 8. Missiles or falling objects; 9. Riot or civil commotion; 10. Theft or larceny; or

Examples of Other Than Collision in a sentence

  • Other than "collision" only if the Declarations indicate that Other Than Collision Coverage is provided for that auto.

  • Other than "collision" only if the Declara- tions indicate that Other Than Collision Coverage is provided for that auto.

  • The Other Than Collision coverage shall include “Comprehensive” (all perils) coverage.

  • For the purpose of this provision, similar insurance means any coverage, whether Liability, Medical Payments/No-Fault, Uninsured Motorists, Underinsured Motorists, Other Than Collision or Collision Coverages, even if the scope of that particular coverage or the limits, options, or deductibles you elect with respect to that coverage, are different than that provided under this policy.

  • They apply only to your covered trailer that has both Collision and Other Than Collision Coverage as shown by a premium for those coverages in the Declarations.

  • Other Than Collision Coverage for a "newly acquired auto" begins on the date you become the owner if the Declarations indicates that Other Than Collision Coverage applies to at least one auto.

  • The following is added to the Insuring Agreement: We will pay under Other Than Collision Coverage for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged windshield and window glass on "your covered auto" or any "non-owned auto" without a deductible.
