Owner to Provide Sample Clauses

Owner to Provide. The following facilities, works or matters shall be provided by the Owner to the satisfaction of and at no expense to the Municipality: all buildings, landscaping, fencing, parking, storage and access areas, lighting, walkways, garbage disposal facilities, grading and provision for storm, surface and waste water in accordance with the attached site plan set out in Schedule "B" (the Site Plan) and “Schedule “C” (the Site Services Plan) in accordance with all the applicable provisions of the Municipality's By-Laws;
Owner to Provide. Subject to Article 12, Owner shall provide all requirements of whatsoever nature relating to the Vessel and her Master, officers or crew which, without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, shall include: (i) maintenance, dry-docking and repairs and all expenses associated therewith; (ii) subsistence, wages, overtime, fringe benefits, leave pay, payroll burden, consular, shipping and discharging fees, and all other costs and expenses of the Master, officers and crew; (iii) deck, cabin and engine room stores and necessary spare parts; (iv) insurance as set forth in Schedule IV; (v) fumigation and deratization exemption certificates, certificates of financial responsibility issued on behalf of Owner; (vi) tonnage certificates as required for world-wide trading; (vii) fees of classification societies and other authorities performing inspections required so that the Vessel may continue to meet the warranties in Article 4; (viii) water and lubricants; (ix) nitrogen gas and inert gas (the supply of which shall be the responsibility of Owner, but fuel for making the same shall, in accordance with section 12.1(i), be for the account of Charterer); (x) communications charges; and (xi) all customs or import duties arising in connection with any of the foregoing (always excluding duties on cargo and duties on the Vessel). Any amounts allowable in general average for wages, provisions and stores shall be credited to Charterer insofar as such amounts are in respect of a period when the Vessel is on-hire.
Owner to Provide. Owner undertakes to provide and, subject to the provisions of Schedule III, to pay for all provisions, wages (including but not limited to all overtime payments, statutory or otherwise, and shipping and discharging fees and all other expenses of the master, officers and crew; also, except as provided in Clauses 5 and 37, for all insurance on the Vessel described in Schedule IV, for all deck, cabin and engine-room stores and necessary spare parts, and for water; for all dry-docking (and gas-freeing of the Vessel associated therewith), overhaul, maintenance and repairs to the Vessel, including maintaining and operating the Vessel in good working order in accordance with prudent industry practices and Builder’s maintenance recommendations; and for all fumigation expenses and de-rat certificates. Owner’s obligations under this Clause 8 extend to all liabilities for customs or import duties arising at any time during the performance of this Charter in relation to the personal effects of the master, officers and crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters aforesaid which Owner is to provide and pay for and Owner shall refund to Charterer any sums Charterer or its agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of any such liability on presentation of reasonable supporting documentation. Any amounts allowable in general average for wages and provisions and stores shall be credited to Charterer insofar as such amounts are in respect of a period when the Vessel is on-hire.
Owner to Provide. Owner shall furnish to Provider the information, services, materials, and other items described below. All such items shall be made available at such times and in such manner as may be required for the expeditious and orderly performance of Services by Provider.
Owner to Provide. (a) Owner undertakes to provide and to pay for all: (i) provisions; (ii) wages (including but not limited to all overtime payments); (iii) shipping and discharging fees and all other expenses of the Master, officers and crew; (iv) insurance on the Vessel, except as provided in Clauses 7(a), 12(e), 38(a) and 49(b); (v) deck, cabin and engine-room stores; (vi) water; (vii) drydocking, overhaul, maintenance and repairs to the Vessel; and (viii) fumigation expenses and de-rat certificates. (b) Owner’s obligations under this Clause 11 extend to all liabilities for customs or import duties arising at any time during the Charter Period in relation to the personal effects of the Master, officers and crew, and in relation to the stores, provisions and other matters set out in Clause 11(a). Owner shall refund to Charterer any sums Charterer or its agents may have paid or been compelled to pay in respect of any such liability. Any amounts allowable in general average for wages and provisions and stores shall be credited to Charterer insofar as such amounts are in respect of a period when the Vessel is on hire.
Owner to Provide all window coverings. Window coverings are mandatory for all of tenant's windows.
Owner to Provide. (a) Clauses 1.1 to 1.8 of this Schedule apply in relation to the Contributions. (b) The Owner must provide each Security to the Council (in the relevant Security Amount) on or before the times set out in the Security Schedule. (c) The Securities referred to in paragraph 1.1(b) of this clause, secure: (i) in respect of the Public Domain Works, the performance by the Owner of its obligations under this Deed in respect of the Public Domain Works including causing the Public Domain Works achieve Practical Completion (ii) in respect of the Public Domain Works Defects Security, the performance by the Owner of its obligations under this Deed to rectify Defects in the Public Domain Works; (iii) in respect of the Apartment Works Defects Security, the performance by the Owner of its obligations under this Deed to rectify Defects in the Apartment Works; and (iv) in respect of the Enforcement Security, the performance by the Owner of its obligations under this Deed pending delivery of the Public Domain Works Security. (d) The Parties agree that the Enforcement Security is security for Costs that Council may incur in the enforcement of this Deed pending delivery of the Public Domain Works Security. The Enforcement Security must be returned to the Owner when the Public Domain Security has been provided.
Owner to Provide. The Owner agrees to provide and maintain, to the satisfaction of the Town in its sole discretion and at the Owner’s sole expense, all Services contemplated by this Agreement and all other matters and things contemplated by this Agreement.
Owner to Provide. The Authority shall make available to the Engineer all technical data that is in the Authority’s possession, including maps, surveys, property descriptions, borings, and other information required by the Engineer and relating to its work. Engineer’s use of and reliance upon such information in providing services hereunder shall be solely the responsibility of the Engineer.
Owner to Provide. Upon request by the Architect/Engineer, Owner will make available to the Architect/Engineer all technical data that is in the Owner's possession, including maps, surveys, property descriptions, borings, and other information held by the Owner and required by the Architect/Engineer and relating to its work. Architect/Engineer's use of and reliance upon such information in providing services hereunder shall be the responsibility of Architect/Engineer.
