Term of the Agreement definition

Term of the Agreement shall have the same meaning as provided for in Article 7 of this Agreement.
Term of the Agreement means the effective date of this Agreement, as specified in Article XIII, Section 13.1, of this Agreement.
Term of the Agreement shall be determined as provided in Section 4.01 hereof.
