Term Definition Best Value The basis for awarding contracts for services to the offerer which optimizes quality, cost and efficiency among responsive and responsible offerers. Such basis shall reflect, wherever possible, objective and quantifiable analysis. (State Finance Law §163 (1) (j)). Centralized Contract Price or Price The maximum Not-to-Exceed prices awarded for the Centralized Contract as set forth in Appendix D – Award Summary. See also, Not-to-Exceed Price (NTE). Incentives Financial incentives or rebates provided to the PV developer to encourage the development of solar power. Examples include but are not limited to tax credits, accelerated depreciation schedules, tax deductions, Solar Renewable Energy Credits, sales tax exemptions, direct rebates, direct incentives, grants, etc. Mini-Bid A type of Bid document used by the Authorized User to conduct a competitive Request for Proposal from eligible Contractors and then make an award based on best value and obtain Services under the Centralized Contracts. Regions. Customer may specify the location(s) where Customer Data will be processed within the AWS Network, including the EU (Dublin) Region, the EU (Frankfurt) Region, the EU (London) Region and the EU (Paris) Region (each a “Region”). Once Customer has made its choice, AWS will not transfer Customer Data from Customer’s selected Region(s) except as necessary to provide the Services initiated by Customer, or as necessary to comply with the law or binding order of a governmental body. If the Standard Contractual Clauses apply, nothing in this Section varies or modifies the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Regions. Capitation rates for DYFS, NJ FamilyCare Plans B, C, and D and the non risk-adjusted rates for AIDS and clients of DDD are statewide. Rates for all other premium groups are regional in each of the following regions: • Region 1: Bergen, Hudson, Hunterdon, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, and Warren counties • Region 2: Essex, Union, Middlesex, and Mercer counties • Region 3: Atlantic, Burlington, Camden, Cape May, Cumberland, Gloucester, Monmouth, Ocean, and Salem counties Contractors may contract for one or more regions but, except as provided in Article 2, may not contract for part of a region.
