Award Summary is a separate document, posted to GEMS or any other applicable Human Resources information system, that provides for the effective date hereof (the “Date of Grant”), the applicable number of Performance Restricted Stock Units granted pursuant hereto, and the value of a share of Common Stock on the Date of Grant (the “Share Base Price”). Examples of Award Summary in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, only active Employees and those Employees on Short Term Disability Leave, Social Service Leave, Family Medical Leave or Paid Uniform Services Leave (pursuant to the Company’s Human Resources Policies or similar policies of the Company’s subsidiaries or affiliates) on the effective date of the award as shown on the Award Summary shall be eligible to receive the award.
