After Hours. PCPs and specialty Provider contracts shall provide coverage for their respective practices twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week and have a published after hours telephone number; voicemail alone after hours is not acceptable.
After Hours. Provider office/visitation hours that extends beyond the normal business hours of a provider, which are Monday-Friday 9-5:30 and may extend to Saturday hours. Agent: An entity that contracts with the State of Georgia to perform administrative functions, including but not limited to: fiscal agent activities; outreach, eligibility, and Enrollment activities; Systems and technical support; etc.
After Hours. Landlord and Xxxxxx recognize that to the extent Tenant elects to perform some or all of the Alterations during times other than normal construction hours (i.e., Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding holidays), Landlord may need to make arrangements to have supervisory personnel on site. Accordingly, Landlord and Tenant agree as follows: Tenant shall give Landlord at least two (2) business days’ prior written notice of any time outside of normal construction hours when Tenant intends to perform any Alterations (the “After-Hours Work”). In addition, if construction during normal construction hours unreasonably disturbs other tenants of the Building, in Xxxxxxxx’s sole discretion, Landlord may require Tenant to stop the performance of Alterations during normal construction hours and to perform the same after hours. From and after the Execution Date, Landlord shall include substantially similar provisions in any other leases at the Building and shall not enforce such provisions in a discriminatory manner.
After Hours. (i) Vancouver After Hours Response Team and Provincial After Hours Line
After Hours. The District and the Association recognize that teaching is a profession which involves certain professional obligations. Occasionally teachers may be asked to participate in activities beyond the normal work day including parent- teacher conferences, back-to-school nights of an educational nature, inservice and faculty meetings. Faculty and staff meetings shall normally be held during the work day. The building principal shall consult with teachers prior to determining the content and the schedule of inservice meetings.
After Hours. For employees who work a regularly scheduled shift where all or part of the shift hours fall between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., an additional six percent (6%) per hour over base pay will be paid for all hours worked within the stipulated period to the nearest one-half (l/2) hour. Persons working overtime past their normal shift will not be entitled to payment under this Article unless all of the scheduled hours of the second shift are worked.
After Hours. During After Hours, the Supplier will take Emergency Locate Requests:
After Hours. After hours are defined as evenings, weekends and holidays.
After Hours. All after-hour support requests are assumed to be a priority 1 or priority 2 issue. Calls received after hours that are determined to be priority 3 or priority 4 will be logged into our ticketing system and addressed on the next business day.
