Comply with the law. Despite any provisions of this Client Agreement, in providing the services under this Client Agreement, we will be entitled to take any action as we consider necessary in our absolute discretion to ensure services provided under this Client Agreement are in compliance with all Applicable Laws. You agree strictly to comply with all Applicable Laws. If we consider you have not so complied, we may terminate this Client Agreement immediately without notice.
Comply with the law. The Client and the Provider must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the conduct of its business in relation to this agreement. The Client must do nothing illegal in connection with its use of the Business Center. The Client must not do anything that may interfere with the use of the Center by the Provider or by others, (including but not limited to political campaigning or immoral activity), cause any nuisance or annoyance, increase the insurance premiums the Provider has to pay, or cause loss or damage to the Provider (including damage to reputation) or to the owner of any interest in the building which contains the Center the Client is using. Both the Client and the Provider shall comply at all times with all relevant anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws.
Comply with the law. You must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the conduct of your business. You must do nothing illegal. You must not do anything that may interfere with the use of the business center by us or by others, cause any nuisance or annoyance, increase the insurance premiums we have to pay or cause loss or damage to us or to the owner of any interest in the building which contains the business center. You acknowledge that (a) the terms of the foregoing sentence are a material inducement to us for the execution of your Agreement and (b) any violation by you of the foregoing sentence shall constitute a material default by you hereunder, entitling us to terminate your Agreement. 12.
Comply with the law. Reseller shall at all times comply with all applicable laws and regulations while promoting and selling under this Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, efforts to ensure that name and trademark rights of third parties are not violated with respect to Reseller’s customer registrations.
Comply with the law. The Licensee must comply with and observe at its cost all relevant laws and regulations in the conduct of its business and its use of the Centre. The Licensee must not do anything illegal in connection with its use of the Centre. The Licensor may (but is not obliged to), without prejudice to any of its other rights under this Agreement or at law, elect at the Licensee’s cost to comply with any relevant laws and regulations in relation to the Premises and the Permitted Use where the Licensee fails to do so. In the alternative, the Licensor may suspend the Licensee’s use of the Premises until such time as the Licensee complies, however the Licensee’s continuing obligation to pay the Monthly Fee (and any other amounts under this Agreement) will not be suspended.

You must not do anything that may interfere with the use of The Event Center by us or by others, cause any nuisance or annoyance, and increase the insurance premiums we have to pay or cause loss or damage to us or to the owner of any interest in the center which contains The Event Center. You acknowledge that (a) the terms of the foregoing sentence are a material inducement to us for the execution of your Agreement and (b) any violation by you of the foregoing sentence shall constitute a material default by you hereunder, entitling us to terminate your Agreement.

The Client must do nothing illegal in connection with its use of the Business Center. The Client must not do anything that may interfere with the use of the Center by Regus or by others, cause any nuisance or annoyance, increase the insurance premiums Regus has to pay, or cause loss or damage to Regus (including damage to reputation) or to the owner of any interest in the building which contains the Center the Client is using. The Client acknowledges that (a) the terms of the foregoing sentence are a material inducement in Regus' execution of this agreement and (b) any violation by the Client of the foregoing sentence shall constitute a material default by the Client hereunder, entitling Regus to terminate this agreement, without further notice or procedure.
Comply with the law. The Client must comply with all relevant laws and regulations in the conduct of its business. The Client must do nothing illegal in connection with its use of the Barnstaple Work Hub. The Client must not do anything that may interfere with the use of the Centre by Barnstaple Work Hub or by others, cause any nuisance or annoyance, increase the insurance premiums Barnstaple Work Hub has to pay, or cause loss or damage to Barnstaple Work Hub (including damage to reputation) or to the owner of any interest in the building which contains the Centre the Client is using. The Client acknowledges that (a) the terms of the foregoing sentence are a material inducement in Barnstaple Work Hub execution of this agreement and (b) any violation by the Client of the foregoing sentence shall constitute a material default by the Client hereunder, entitling Barnstaple Work Hub to terminate this agreement, without further notice or procedure.
Comply with the law. As a condition of Member’s use of the Services, Member will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or that is prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices. Member will not use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Embark server, or the network(s) connected to any Embark server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of any Services. Member will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Services, or accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Embark server or to any of the Services, through hacking, password mining or any other means. Member may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Services. Each Embark Member hereby represents and warrants that it has all requisite legal power and authority to enter into and abide by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Community Standards and no further authorization or approval is necessary. Member further represents and warrants that its participation or use of the Services will not conflict with or result in any breach of any license, contract, agreement or other instrument or obligation to which it is a party. Member will not illegally consume any alcoholic beverages, use or be under the influence of any illegal or controlled substances on the premises.

You must not do anything that may interfere with the use of the Center by us or by others, cause any nuisance or annoyance, increase the insurance policy, or cause loss or damage to us or to the owner of any interest in the building which contains the Center. You acknowledge that (a) the terms of this section are a material inducement to us for the execution of your Agreement and (b) any violation by you of this section shall constitute a material default by you hereunder, entitling us to terminate your Agreement, and to pursue any other remedies available at law or equity.
