Refund and Cancellation Policies. CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR COURSE King Stage reserves the right to cancel a student’s course in the event of misconduct or unsatisfactory attendance. Cancellations by students or their representatives must be made to the school in writing. Students cancelling for serious reasons and giving the required notice (above) will receive a refund of all fees, less the £55 administration fees. No refund will be given for any cancellations after the course start date unless in exceptional circumstances, at the absolute discretion of the school management. Any refunds of payments made to the school by credit card or PayPal will be subject to the deduction of any credit card charges incurred by the school at the time of payment. Refund and Cancellation Policies. Within five (5) business days after the date of purchase, a student may cancel class and will be issued a full refund, minus the $250 cost of materials and books, provided that the online training has not been accessed or if live classes have not been attended. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if online training has been launched or if live classes have started. Students who do not attend their scheduled class and have not been approved to reschedule, per the below terms, are not eligible for a refund and forfeit their tuition. Expiration and Extensions Courses must be completed within 12 months of enrollment date. If you are unable to complete your course within the initial 12-month period, you may extend course access for a fee of $50 per month. Students must contact AHIT within 30 days of expiration to obtain an extension. Access to the course after 30 days from initial expiration requires re- enrollment. A discounted fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged.1

  • Cancellation Policies Please refer to the Deposit and Cancellation Schedule on the previous page. Cancellation by GCRC: GCRC may, in its sole discretion, cancel an itinerary or portion of an itinerary at any time, prior to departure. Other than as a result of force majeure, GCRC will repay the deposit or charges for the itinerary or, where appropriate, a reasonable pro rata share thereof. In the event of cancellation of an itinerary in progress, GCRC may select and make available alternative transportation by bus or other means from the point of cancellation to the location where the cancelled itinerary was scheduled to conclude, or the place of its commencement, and reasonable accommodation (if any) required in the course of that return transportation. In no circumstances will GCRC be liable to provide or pay for any further payment, compensation, transportation, or accommodation including (without restriction) further transportation to your home or any other location. Except as specifically provided in this paragraph, the cancellation of an itinerary or portion of an itinerary by GCRC will be subject to the limitation of liability contained in section 10 of this Agreement.

  • Admission Policy The Academy shall comply with all admissions policies and criteria required by laws applicable to public school academies under the Code. The Academy must make a reasonable effort to advertise its enrollment openings. Open enrollment must be for a period of at least two (2) weeks and shall permit the enrollment of pupils by parents and/or guardians at times in the evening and weekends, and shall comply with all requirements of Applicable Law.   • RIGHTS ON CANCELLATION 21.1 If this Agreement or Purchase Order is cancelled in whole or in part in terms of clause 20 [Total or Partial Failure to Perform], Transnet may execute or complete this Agreement with any other entity and do so on such terms as it may deem proper, or may procure other comparable Goods/Services in substitution for those neglected to be manufactured or supplied or rejected as aforesaid, and may recover from the Supplier the difference between the cost of such Goods/Services and the Price [if the latter was lower] as well as any costs and expenses [including any additional transport costs] which Transnet may have had to incur in consequence of the Supplier’s/Service Provider’s default.
