Refund and Cancellation Policies. CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR COURSE King Stage reserves the right to cancel a student’s course in the event of misconduct or unsatisfactory attendance. Cancellations by students or their representatives must be made to the school in writing. Students cancelling for serious reasons and giving the required notice (above) will receive a refund of all fees, less the £55 administration fees. No refund will be given for any cancellations after the course start date unless in exceptional circumstances, at the absolute discretion of the school management. Refund and Cancellation Policies. Within five (5) business days after the date of purchase, a student may cancel class and will be issued a full refund, minus the $250 cost of materials and books, provided that the online training has not been accessed or if live classes have not been attended. Shipping costs are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued if online training has been launched or if live classes have started. Students who do not attend their scheduled class and have not been approved to reschedule, per the below terms, are not eligible for a refund and forfeit their tuition. Expiration and Extensions Courses must be completed within 12 months of enrollment date. If you are unable to complete your course within the initial 12-month period, you may extend course access for a fee of $50 per month. Students must contact AHIT within 30 days of expiration to obtain an extension. Access to the course after 30 days from initial expiration requires re- enrollment. A discounted fee of 50% of the original purchase price will be charged.1

  • Cancellation Policies Please refer to the Deposit and Cancellation Schedule on the previous page. Cancellation by GCRC: GCRC may, in its sole discretion, cancel an itinerary or portion of an itinerary at any time, prior to departure.
