Course Access. All courses are held in a live virtual classroom setting through our ABoR On-Air platform. Students will receive a confirmation email and reminder email including how to access the virtual course they registered for and the start time(s) of the course.
Course Access. STEM CTL™ will provide course access in EbD-BUZZ™, the online course management system, for the term of this Agreement, including renewal terms. The School will communicate staff access changes annually to EbD-BUZZ™ Technical Support between July 1 and August 31, and thereafter as needed. STEM CTL™ does not guarantee the storage of altered course data beyond a given single access year.
Course Access. In order to access the ▇▇▇ Courses, You need to pay the applicable license fee, and create a ▇▇▇.▇▇▇ account to obtain a ▇▇▇ User ID, which may be obtained at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.com/users/new. At sign up, it is required to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration site. ▇▇▇ will confirm your enrollment via email and will send You a link to join the ▇▇▇ Courses on its start date. All ▇▇▇ Course users (“User(s)”) will be invited to take the ▇▇▇ Courses with other Users for a community type learning session taking place through our third party provider, Mighty Networks. More information about this is included in the documentation provided with the ▇▇▇ Courses. Each course will include video and/or audio teaching segments, reflection prompts, individual activities, community discussion questions, and optional extension resources curated from ▇▇▇ and third parties. While not required, ▇▇▇ recommends that Users complete all portions of the ▇▇▇ Course including video and audio segments, ▇▇▇ Course activities and participate in the community discussions. The community type learning session will be a timed session which corresponds to the dates defined for each ▇▇▇ Course. At the end of the ▇▇▇ Course community session, the session will end and the ▇▇▇ Courses will continue via self-guided materials which are downloadable for Your review. You will also be invited to continue the discussions with the alumni Users through another section of the community site.
Course Access. If Licensee purchased a “single-course” license, Licensee may assign any course (but only one) from Licensor’s library to an employee. If Licensee purchased a “multi-course” license, Licensee may assign multiple courses from Licensor’s library to an employee.
Course Access. Access to Web delivered courses (for individual registrations) expires after 90 days. Nortel reserves the right to remove courses when necessary as we are continually updating and renewing eLearning offerings to provide our clients with the most current eLearning options available.
Course Access. 7.1 Access to the course is given through our online learning platform and is valid for a period of four months. 7.2 The means of access are strictly personal and students are responsible for safeguarding their confidentiality and security, and ensuring their appropriate use. Students may not transfer or sell their means of access to any third party.
Course Access. The Course shall be provided to Participant during the Term upon completion of online registration using RegFox and receipt by USC of Participant’s payment of the course fee.

  • Site Access Dell requires the right to access the APEX System in a timely way and as provided in the Service Offering Description to provide the Support Services. Failure to ensure that Customer provides Dell with timely access to a Site will relieve Dell of the Support Services obligations and Dell may also, at Dell’s discretion, suspend the APEX Service.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Service Access Access to the clinical parts of our Site is restricted to Users. Users of our Site are provided with unique User IDs by the Clinic with which they are associated and must choose a password of their choice to sign on to our Site. Users must provide personal contact information, and you must ensure that your information is kept up to date at all times. User IDs and passwords constitute an electronic signature and will be used by us to authenticate access to our Site. If a User opts to sign onto ▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, the User will be able to take advantage of the non- public sections of our Site. If a User opts not to sign onto our Site, their access to our Site will be restricted to the public sections of our Site only. If you are provided with a User ID, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any User ID at any time, if in our opinion, you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement. You may only use our Site as set out in this Agreement. Any illegal or unauthorized use of our Site shall constitute a violation of this Agreement. You do not have permission to access our Site in any way that violates this Agreement or breaches any applicable law. You agree to keep your and your Patients’ Data accurate, current and complete. You may print off or download extracts of page(s) from our Site for your use in Patient care or insertion into a Patient’s electronic health records only.
