Records Available. The Partnership shall at all times keep or cause to be kept true and complete records and books of account, which records and books shall be maintained in accordance with GAAP. Such records and books of account shall be kept at the principal place of business of the Partnership by the General Partner. The Limited Partners shall have the right to gain access to all such records and books of account (including schedules thereto) for inspection and view (during ordinary business hours and upon reasonable prior written notice to the General Partner) for any purpose reasonably related to their Equity Interests.
Records Available. The General Partner shall maintain at the Partnership’s principal office the following documents: (i) a current list of the full name and last known business address of each Partner, (ii) a copy of the Certificate of Limited Partnership and all amendments thereto, (iii) copies of the Partnership’s federal, state and local income tax returns and of any financial statements and accounting records of the Partnership during the term of the Partnership, as determined pursuant to Section 10.1 hereof, and for five (5) years thereafter, and (iv) copies of this Agreement and all amendments thereto, together with executed copies of any powers of attorney pursuant to which this Agreement, the Certificate of Limited Partnership, or any such amendment has been executed. Such documents and all other Partnership documents are subject to inspection and copying at the reasonable request and at the expense of any Partner or any Stockholder during ordinary business hours upon reasonable prior notice to the General Partner. Except to the extent requested by a Limited Partner, the General Partner shall have no obligation to deliver or mail a copy of the Partnership’s Certificate of Limited Partnership or any amendment thereto to the Limited Partners. The General Partner shall have the right to preserve all records and accounts in original form or on microfilm, magnetic tape, or any other process or form that the General Partner reasonably determines is appropriate to preserve such records and accounts.
Records Available. Marquette shall make its internal practices, books, and records relating to the Use and Disclosure of Protected Health Information created or received for or from Provider available to the Provider, or to the Secretary or the Secretary’s designee, in a reasonable time and manner for purposes of determining Provider’s compliance with the Privacy Rule.
Records Available. (a) Records of general interest. We will make the following records of general interest available for your inspection and copying. Before releasing them, however, we may delete the names of people, or information that would iden- tify them, if release would invade their personal privacy to a clearly unwar- ranted degree. (See § 5.67 of this part.)

The Managing Member shall maintain at the LLC’s principal office the following documents: (i) a current list of the full name and last known business address of each Member, (ii) a copy of the Certificate (iii) copies of all of the LLC’s federal, state and local income tax returns for the three most recent Fiscal Years, and (iv) copies of this Agreement and all amendments thereto. Such documents are subject to inspection and copying at the reasonable request and at the expense of any Member during ordinary business hours upon reasonable prior notice to the Managing Member, for any purpose reasonably related to the Member’s interest as a Member. Except to the extent requested by a Member, the Managing Member shall have no obligation to deliver or mail a copy of the LLC’s Certificate to the Members.
Records Available. The Association’s records shall be kept or maintained by Agent in compliance with applicable statutes and the Association’s Governing Documents. By appointment, such records shall be open for review during Agent's normal business hours. An owner shall have the right at any reasonable time, with reasonable notice, through its representatives or in person, to inspect available records held by Agent for the Association. Agent shall be entitled to charge and receive copying costs from anyone requesting copies of documents, as applicable and/or approved by the Board, before making such copies. Agent shall also be entitled to reasonable prior notice of a request to inspect or copy Association records.
Records Available. SMIC will keep full and detailed accounting records, correspondence, instructions, memoranda, receipts, specifications, vouchers, and similar data relating to this Agreement. The accounting records will be prepared and maintained on the basis of generally accepted accounting principles, consistently applied. All such records will be available to Spansion or to Spansion's authorized representative upon request of Spansion, within a reasonable period of time after such a request, at a reasonable location, and during normal business hours for a period of five (5) years after the delivery of the applicable Product.
Records Available. Management Company shall deliver to the City evidence that the proposed Management Company meets the requirements set forth above and such other documentation as may be reasonably requested with respect to the reputation, financial, and business record of the proposed Management Company. Prior to the request for assignment by Management Company, all business records of the proposed new Management Company should be made available to the City for review.

Except to the extent requested by a Limited Partner, the General Partner shall have no obligation to deliver or mail a copy of the Investment Partnership’s Certificate or any amendment thereto to the Limited Partners.
