By the General Partner. The General Partner shall have the power, without the consent of the Limited Partners, to amend this Agreement except as set forth in Section 14.1(b) hereof. The General Partner shall provide notice to the Limited Partners when any action under this Section 14.1(a) is taken in the next regular communication to the Limited Partners. The Limited Partners shall not have the power to amend this Agreement.
