Copies of Documents. Each Trust will furnish CMISC with copies of the following documents: the Declaration of Trust of the Trust and all amendments thereto; and the Trust’s registration statement (the “Registration Statement”) as in effect on the date hereof under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, and the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended, and all amendments or supplements thereto hereafter filed. The prospectus(es) and statement(s) of additional information contained in each such Registration Statement, as from time to time amended and supplemented, together are herein collectively referred to as the “Prospectus.”
Copies of Documents. Administrative Agent shall promptly deliver to each of the Lenders copies of all notices of default and other formal notices sent or received and according to Section 15.1 of this Agreement. Administrative Agent shall deliver to Lenders within fifteen (15) Business Days following receipt, copies of all financial statements, certificates and notices received regarding the General Partner’s ratings except to the extent such items are required to be furnished directly to the Lenders by the Borrower hereunder. Within fifteen (15) Business Days after a request by a Lender to the Administrative Agent for other documents furnished to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent shall provide copies of such documents to such Lender except where this Agreement obligates Administrative Agent to provide copies in a shorter period of time.
Copies of Documents. With respect to any Patent Right licensed hereunder, Hospital shall instruct the patent counsel prosecuting such Patent Right to (i) copy Company on patent prosecution documents that are received from or filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office and foreign equivalent, as applicable; (ii) if requested by Company, provide Company with copies of draft submissions to the USPTO prior to filing; and (iii) give consideration to the comments and requests of Company or its patent counsel.
Copies of Documents. The Seller has caused to be made available for inspection and copying by the Buyer and its advisers true, complete and correct copies of all documents referred to in any Section of the Disclosure Schedule.
Copies of Documents. Complete and correct copies (including all amendments) of all contracts and other documents required to be provided to Buyer under the terms of this Agreement have been delivered to Buyer.
Copies of Documents. To deliver promptly to the Representatives such number of the following documents as the Representatives shall reasonably request: (A) conformed copies of the Registration Statement as originally filed with the Commission and each amendment thereto (in each case excluding exhibits other than this Agreement), (B) each Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus and any amended or supplemented Prospectus, and (C) each Issuer Free Writing Prospectus; and, if the delivery of a prospectus is required at any time after the date hereof in connection with the offering or sale of the Units or any other securities relating thereto and if at such time any events shall have occurred as a result of which the Prospectus as then amended or supplemented would include an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made when such Prospectus is delivered, not misleading, or, if for any other reason it shall be necessary to amend or supplement the Prospectus in order to comply with the Securities Act, to notify the Representatives and, upon their request, to file such document and to prepare and furnish without charge to each Underwriter and to any dealer in securities as many copies as the Representatives may from time to time reasonably request of an amended or supplemented Prospectus that will correct such statement or omission or effect such compliance.
Copies of Documents. Furnish to the Holders participating in such registration and to the underwriters, if any, of the securities being registered such reasonable number of copies of the registration statement, preliminary prospectus, final prospectus and such other documents as they may reasonably request in order to facilitate the public offering of such securities.
Copies of Documents. The General Administrative Agent shall have received a copy of all recorded documents referred to, or listed as exceptions to title in, the title policy or policies referred to in Section 8.1(n) and a copy, certified by such parties as the General Administrative Agent may deem appropriate, of all other documents affecting the property covered by each Mortgage.
Copies of Documents. All documents from Developer to the City or RDA shall be submitted in triplicate.
Copies of Documents. Within fifteen Business Days after a request by a Lender to the Administrative Agent for documents furnished to the Administrative Agent by the Borrower, the Administrative Agent shall provide copies of such documents to such Lender.
