RECORDED MEDIA. Licensor shall provide Licensee with the recorded media and any other associated materials required to play and exhibit the Show on a full dome video system.

RECORDED MEDIA. Provider represents and warrants that goods supplied to Sony are fully compliant with SS- 00259 and all applicable requirements. If Provider is not already certified as a Sony Green Partner (pursuant to the Green Partner Environmental Quality Approval Program), depending on the type of goods and projects, Sony may require Provider to provide additional information on chemical substances used in goods. When requested by Sony, Provider agrees to submit the following information for each product Provider sells or supplies to Sony and demonstrate conformance to SS-00259 standard within ten (10) business days of the request: • Non-Use Certificate in conformance with SS-00259; • ICP test data (ICP-AES/MS, AAS) on the cadmium and lead contents in plastics (including synthetic rubber), paints, and inks per SS-00259; and/or • Material composition data or Safety Data Sheet

RECORDED MEDIA. I recognize and acknowledge that Oregon Tech may record my participation and appearance on any recorded medium including, but not limited to video, audio, photos (collectively, “Recordings”) for use in any form (including, but not limited to print, websites, blogs, internet, social media). I authorize such Recordings and release Oregon Tech to use my name, likeness, voice, and biographical material to exhibit or distribute such Recordings in whole or in part without restrictions or limitations for any educational or promotional purpose. I understand and agree that in order to opt out of this section, I must request and complete the Oregon Tech Photo Opt-Out Release. RECORDED MEDIA. DCI often documents its programs by video, photographs, testimonials from participants, and other means (collectively, "Recorded Media"). You agree that DCI may use any means to record or otherwise memorialize your participation in the Program, and authorize DCI to utilize any Recorded Media of you in DCI's promotional material and websites, or otherwise as DCI may elect, at any time in the future, without compensation to you or any further permission or consent from you.
