Secondary and Middle Schools shall have available, upon written request to the building principal/program manager, substitute days for the purpose of releasing department heads, team leaders, and other employees for observing and assisting in improvement of instruction in accordance with Article XI and other approved activities on the basis of one (1) day for every three (3) non-supervisory certificated employees in the school.
The teachers’ load in the Rockford Middle Schools, Freshman Center and Rockford Senior High shall consist of 310 minutes.

All appointments to positions under Article III, Middle Schools, shall be made by the middle school building principal or designee.
The participant will not be eligible for further participation in any Centerville High School or Centerville Middle Schools co- curricular activities for the remainder of their school career.
