International or National Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $30,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International or National Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate not to exceed $200,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International or National Shopping. Goods, including computer hardware and software and other equipment, estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 equivalent, may be procured on the basis of international shopping procedures or, in the event such goods are readily available from more than one domestic supplier at competitive prices, on the basis of national shopping procedures, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines. International or National Shopping. Goods which cannot be grouped into larger bid packages and estimated to cost less than $25,000 equivalent per contract up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $150,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International or National Shopping. Goods (other than for Subprojects) estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $8,200,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international/national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines, including, as a form of such shopping, the bidding (pregão) procurement system set forth in the Borrower’s Law No. 10.520 of July 17, 2002.
International or National Shopping. (a) Classroom furniture under Part A.3 of the Project estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $520,000 equivalent; (b) instructional materials other than textbooks for the lending-for-free program, estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000 equivalent; and (c) other goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $720,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international shopping procedures, or national shopping procedures in the event that such goods are readily available from more than one source within the territory of the Borrower at competitive prices, all in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International or National Shopping. Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount of $3,000,000 equivalent (in the case of goods not included in School Subprojects), may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international or national shopping procedures, acceptable to the Bank, in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines, including as a form of such shopping, the bidding (pregão) procurement system set forth in the Guarantor’s Law No. 10.520 of July 17, 2002.
International or National Shopping. (a) Breeding stocks of dairy cattle, mutton rams and ewes, of super fine wool rams, of dual purpose rams and ewes, and sheep embryos from international sources, estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $3,530,000 equivalent, may be procured under contract awarded under international shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International or National Shopping. Goods (other than for WU Managed Off-farm Irrigation Subprojects and WU Managed On-farm Irrigation Subprojects) estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $1,000,000 equivalent, may be procured under contracts awarded on the basis of international/national shopping procedures in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines.
International or National Shopping. Non-medical goods estimated to cost less than $50,000 equivalent per contract, up to an aggregate amount not to exceed $500,000 equivalent, may be procured in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.5 and 3.6 of the Guidelines under contracts awarded on the basis of: (a) national shopping procedures, if available locally; or (b) international shopping procedures, if not available locally.
