Associated Materials definition

Associated Materials means the labeling, packaging, advertising and promotional materials, including retail store signs and displays and other point of sale material, advertising and promotional copy and strategy, television commercials and all other written material intended to be distributed to the trade or public on which the IP appears or is intended to be used.
Associated Materials shall have the meaning provided in Section 1.17.
Associated Materials means any texts, statistics and other materials resulting from the Assessment, Research Work and/or Development Work unde rtaken on the Text by the Research Team.

More Definitions of Associated Materials

Associated Materials means all materials using or featuring the Pillsbury Licensed Trademarks, including without limitation advertisements, promotions, trade materials, point of sale materials, radio and television spots, and website contents.

Related to Associated Materials

  • Restricted materials means pesticides established as restricted materials under Title 3, California Code of Regulations, section 6400.

  • Regulated Materials means any hazardous, toxic or dangerous waste, substance or material, the generation, handling, storage, disposal, treatment or emission of which is subject to any Environmental Law.

  • Adapted Material means material subject to Copyright and Similar Rights that is derived from or based upon the Licensed Material and in which the Licensed Material is translated, altered, arranged, transformed, or otherwise modified in a manner requiring permission under the Copyright and Similar Rights held by the Licensor. For purposes of this Public License, where the Licensed Material is a musical work, performance, or sound recording, Adapted Material is always produced where the Licensed Material is synched in timed relation with a moving image.

  • Developed Materials means Materials created, made, or developed by Contractor or Subcontractors, either solely or jointly with the Judicial Branch Entities or JBE Contractors, in the course of providing the Work under this Agreement, and all Intellectual Property Rights therein and thereto, including, without limitation, (i) all work-in-process, data or information, (ii) all modifications, enhancements and derivative works made to Contractor Materials, and (iii) all Deliverables; provided, however, that Developed Materials do not include Contractor Materials.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. These Biological Materials shall be listed on Exhibit A, which will be periodically amended to include any additional Biological Materials that Medical School may furnish to Company.

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Customer Technology means Customer's proprietary technology, including Customer's Internet operations design, content, software tools, hardware designs, algorithms, software (in source and object forms), user interface designs, architecture, class libraries, objects and documentation (both printed and electronic), know-how, trade secrets and any related intellectual property rights throughout the world (whether owned by Customer or licensed to Customer from a third party) and also including any derivatives, improvements, enhancements or extensions of Customer Technology conceived, reduced to practice, or developed during the term of this Agreement by Customer.

  • Preexisting Materials means any Intellectual Property Rights or tangible personal property of Supplier or Cisco created before the date of this Purchase Order or outside the scope of this Purchase Order.

  • Company Technology means all Technology used in or necessary for the conduct of the business of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries, or owned or held for use by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
