Record and Fiscal Control System. All payroll and financial records pertaining in whole or in part to this Agreement shall be clearly identified and readily accessible. Such records and documents should be retained for a period of three (3) years after the Effective Date; provided that any records and documents that are the subject of audit findings shall be retained for a longer time until such audit findings are resolved.

If the Agency receives any distributions from a Trust which holds reserves under a self-insurance program for unemployment compensation or worker's compensation, within thirty (30) days of the distribution, the Agency shall return to the City the amount of the distribution that is in proportion to the funds, if any, derived from the City under any Project Services Agreement and paid into the Trust reserve.
