Public Relations Coordinator. The Public Relations Coordinator for the Phase Developer and for the Section Developer shall have the following qualifications:  a minimum of 10 years’ experience in public relations including for large and complex highway and transportation projects, with preferably at least one project in Maryland managing public involvement, Stakeholder coordination and community engagement;  have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent;  preferably hold an accreditation in public relations as issued by the Public Relations Society of America;  have strong writing and verbal communications and community outreach skills; and  have demonstrated experience in crisis communications and handling sensitive and controversial issues. The Public Relations Coordinator position must be filled for the term of the Section P3 Agreement including the Predevelopment Phase; the Person holding such position is expected to be on Site in the Project Office or Section Office; and be committed full time during the Section D&C Work. Qualifications shall be subject to review and acceptance by MDOT. If a replacement is needed to fill the position, the qualifications for the replacement shall be submitted and are subject to review and acceptance by MDOT. Responsibilities of the Public Relations Coordinator will include but not be limited to:  drafting responses to correspondence, emails and other inquiries, including MDOT Customer Care Management System (“CCMS”) assignments;  assisting with website content management and development;  researching inquiries from the public, elected officials, or media and developing responses; and  developing metrics for gauging the effectiveness of the outreach efforts and modifying the efforts to improve effectiveness where needed;  collaborating and supporting MDOT and MDTA with:  scheduling, coordinating and conducting all Stakeholder outreach efforts;  monitoring media and social reports on the Work and the P3 Program;  disseminating information about the status of the Work among all applicable communication channels such as mainstream media, social media and website postings; and  coordinating special events, media events, briefings to elected officials, etc. by providing material preparation and logistics;  ensuring a smooth and seamless transition of responsibilities between the Phase Developer and the Section Developers.

Public Relations Coordinator. 1.The position of Public Relations Coordinator shall be paid on the basis of a twelve (12) month position. 2012-13 $13,762 2013-14 $13,900 2014-15 $14,039 2.The monthly rate shall be considered as part of the Public Relations Coordinator’s base pay for pension purposes if appropriate under applicable pension statute. Such pay shall be issued on the regular pay days of the 15th and 30th of each month for twenty (20) payments per year, and as separate payments on those dates during July and August.

  • Labour Management Relations Committee 20.01 The parties recognize that a forum for ongoing discussions during the term of the Agreement can promote more harmonious labour relations between them.

  • Service Coordinators Each Party has designated an employee or title as the key contact for the day-to-day implementation or monitoring of each Service as specified in the applicable Transition Service Schedule (each, a “Service Coordinator”). The Parties shall direct communications relating to specific Services to the applicable Service Coordinators. The Service Coordinators shall report to the Transition Committee from time to time, as directed by the members of the Transition Committee designated by the applicable Party.

  • LABOR-MANAGEMENT RELATIONS COMMITTEE Section 1. The Employer and the Federation agree to the establishment of Labor- Management Relations Committees for Divisions represented by the Federation. The purpose of these Committees is to discuss any item of concern, including safety, to either party and to improve communications between the Employer and the members of the bargaining unit.

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.

Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected. Each Project Coordinator shall be responsible for overseeing the implementation of this Consent Agreement and for designating a person to act in his/her absence. All communications between Respondent and DTSC, and all documents, report approvals, and other correspondence concerning the activities performed pursuant to this Consent Agreement shall be directed through the Project Coordinators.   • CENTRAL LABOUR RELATIONS COMMITTEE C4.1 OPSBA, the Crown and OSSTF agree to establish a joint Central Labour Relations Committee to promote and facilitate communication between rounds of bargaining on issues of joint interest.

  • Care Coordination MCOs must ensure care coordination is provided to Members with a substance use disorder. MCOs must work with providers, facilities, and Members to coordinate care for Members with a substance use disorder and to ensure Members have access to the full continuum of Covered Services (including without limitation assessment, detoxification, residential treatment, outpatient services, and medication therapy) as Medically Necessary and appropriate. MCOs must also coordinate services with the DSHS, DFPS, and their designees for Members requiring Non-Capitated Services. Non-Capitated Services includes, without limitation, services that are not available for coverage under the Contract, State Plan or Waiver that are available under the Federal Substance Abuse and Prevention and Treatment block grant when provided by a DSHS-funded provider or covered by the DFPS under direct contract with a treatment provider. MCOs must work with DSHS, DFPS, and providers to ensure payment for Covered Services is available to Out-of-Network Providers who also provide related Non-capitated Services when the Covered Services are not available through Network Providers.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.
