Project Office a. Establish project office.
Project Office. Developer shall establish a “Project Office” in Indiana within 90 days after NTP1 and within 5 miles of any point of the East End Crossing. The purpose of the office is to consolidate and co- locate Developer’s key management, design, construction, quality, and compliance functions and IFA’s management, oversight, and compliance staff in order to facilitate the teamwork, communications, and interaction called for by the PPA Documents and necessary to ensure a successful project. The Project Office shall remain open and fully functional as specified herein until 90 days after Final Acceptance.
Project Office. The Participants must provide the Project Office from the date of this Agreement until the Date of Project Practical Completion or such other period as specified by the ALT.
Project Office. Leasing, support and equipment (including communications and signage) costs of the Project offices referred to in clause 6.6 of this Agreement.
Project Office. IBM will maintain a project office under the direction of the IBM Contract Executive who will provide day-to-day management of the Steady State Services. The project office will also function as the point of contact for any EMW questions concerning Steady State Services. IBM will establish a technical team whose role will be to coordinate all aspects of the technical operations and support related to the Steady State Services. Such team will participate in the operations, change management, problem management and performance review meetings. Project Office. The Participants must provide Project offices as soon as practicable after the Effective Date until the Date of Practical Completion for the last Separable Portion.
Project Office. This last group has a functional role. A Project Office (PO), comprising a staff familiar with administrative, legal, financial, communication and IPR issues will support the several decisions- making groups in all the non technical tasks. The Project Office tasks will be managed by the Coordinator. It will get advises from financial, legal, IPR specialists whenever required.
Project Office. As part of a global Project Office, IBM shall appoint the following qualified staff members to act as the principal points of interface between IBM and StarMedia Network during the country-specific roll-out of any IAK to new End Users and to provide on-going management of the delivery of IBM Services during the term of this Agreement. The IBM Project Office personnel shall be staffed based on the staffing levels identified in the table below and shall perform the services described below. Part of the responsibility of the Project Office is to be responsible to monitor the IBM web site for changes in the information that has been downloaded by StarMedia Network to its web site. For major changes to the structure and/or content of the IBM web site IBM will use commercially reasonable effort to provide StarMedia Network 60 days' prior notice of such change to the IBM web site. IBM Project Executive **** Represents material which has been redacted pursuant to a request for confidential treatment pursuant to Rule 406 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The Project Executive shall act as an overall project manager with respect to the performance by IBM of its obligations hereunder. The IBM PE will serve as StarMedia Network's single-point-of-contact for the complete range of services contracted. To effectively respond to StarMedia Network's needs, StarMedia Network will provide its list of authorized representatives to act as interface to the IBM PE. The PE has his staff as well as the resources of IBM Global Services' Network Services at his disposal to ensure an efficient transition and delivery of high quality services. The IBM PE, being the central point of contact for StarMedia, has authority and responsibility for all aspects of IBM's performance including customer service and customer satisfaction.
Project Office. A Project Office is being established, at Islamabad, which will be completed and become functional within 4 months from signing of the cooperative agreement. This office will maintain close coordination and seek implementation support from USAID mission, Islamabad. The Project will ensure regular presence of key team members at the Project Office to maintain close coordination with USAID officials in Islamabad. This office, a full-fledged operational setup, will serve as the project contact point with USAID-Islamabad on behalf of the ASF headquarters. A regional office will also be established within the ASF’s headquarter at Lahore to further strengthen the capacity of ASF to effectively manage the Project and to cover interventions in AJK. Throughout, the Lahore Office will remain as the ASF’s headquarters.
