Public Disclosure Request. The City shall promptly notify the affected employee and the union when the City receives a public disclosure request that seeks personal identifying information of an employee such as birthdate, social security number, home address, home phone number. The City shall not disclose information that is exempt from public disclosure. This Section shall be exempt from Article 20 Grievance Procedure.

Public Disclosure Request. Correspondence, reports, and other written work product will be generated during the course of the relationship created by this Agreement, and third parties may request such information pursuant to the Washington State Public Disclosure Act (RCW 42.17.250 et. seq.). The parties agree that in the event that such a request is filed, the party with whom the request is filed will promptly notify all other parties to this Agreement. The parties further agree that they will not disclose any such requested material until at least ten (10) business days after providing notification to all other parties to this Agreement. The intent of this clause is to provide all parties the opportunity to seek injunctive relief pursuant to RCW 42.17.330 so as to protect the vital functions of those entities. This clause shall survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Public Disclosure Request. If Agency receives a request to disclose any Confidential Information under any Public Information Act, Open Records Act or similar law, including the California Public Records Act (“Request”), the Agency shall immediately notify Contractor and prior to disclosure give Contractor an opportunity to take any protective action it deems appropriate.   • Review of Public Disclosures All SEC filings (including, without limitation, all filings required under the Exchange Act, which include Forms 10-Q and 10-QSB, 10-K and 10K-SB, 8-K, etc) and other public disclosures made by the Company, including, without limitation, all press releases, investor relations materials, and scripts of analysts meetings and calls, shall be reviewed and approved for release by the Company’s attorneys and, if containing financial information, the Company’s independent certified public accountants.

  • Confidentiality; Public Disclosure (a) The parties hereto acknowledge that Purchaser and the Company have previously executed a mutual non-disclosure agreement, dated as of May 3, 2017 (the “Confidentiality Agreement”), which shall continue in full force and effect in accordance with its terms. The Equityholders’ Representative acknowledges and agrees that after the Closing it shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of that certain Nondisclosure Agreement, dated as of May 13, 2017, by and between the Equityholders’ Representative and the Company, which shall be deemed to cover all information relating to the Stock Purchase or this Agreement received by the Equityholders’ Representative after the Closing or relating to the period after the Closing and shall be enforceable by Purchaser after the Closing.
