Request to Disclose. Where a request is made for permission to disclose confidential information hereunder, a reply thereto will be made within two Business Days after receipt of such request, failing which the Party requesting will be entitled to disclose such information in the limited circumstances specified in such request as if such consent had been given.

Request to Disclose. Where a request is made for permission under this Article 8 to disclose Confidential Information, a reply thereto shall be made as soon as possible and in any event within two (2) Business Days after receipt of such request, failing which the Party requesting will be entitled to disclose such Confidential Information in the limited circumstances specified in such request as if such consent had been given.

Furthermore, the Recipient agrees to exercise all reasonable efforts to obtain an order or other reliable assurances that confidential treatment will be afforded to any such portion of the disclosed Confidential Information which the Owner so designates.
