PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. This is a YRT Agreement for indemnity reinsurance (the "Agreement") solely between Ameritas Life Insurance Corp. of Lincoln, Nebraska and RGA Reinsurance Company of Chesterfield, Missouri. The Ceding Company and the Reinsurer are collectively referred to as the "parties". The acceptance of risks under this Agreement will create no right or legal relationship between the Reinsurer and the insured, owner or beneficiary of any insurance policy or other contract of the Ceding Company. The Agreement will be binding upon the Ceding Company and the Reinsurer and their respective successors and assigns.
PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. The Parties to this Agreement are: Students in the Course who elect to participate in the Course Project by signing the form of “Participation Agreement” attached as Attachment B (collectively, the “Students”); Carnegie Mellon; and Course Sponsor.

The performance of the obligations of each Party under this Agreement shall be rendered solely to the other Party. PARTIES TO THIS AGREEMENT. Nothing herein shall in any manner create any obligations or establish any rights against any non-party to this Agreement or in favor of any person not a party to this Agreement.

Each Party to this Agreement certifies that it intends to, and does, contract with all other Parties who are signatories to this Agreement, and any signatories that may sign this Agreement in the future, pursuant to Article XVI. The withdrawal of any Party to this Agreement shall not affect this Agreement as respects the remaining Parties and those remaining Parties’ intent to be bound by this Agreement.
