PSC Membership. Membership of each Professional Solutions Committee shall be composed of representatives of the Employer and the Union. For the Union, in addition to the Union building Delegates(s), no fewer than three (3) and not more than six (6) union members who are employed at the campus will be chosen by the Union to serve on the PSC. For the Employer, the Principal (or a designee with decision-making power) and up to three additional members of the campus leadership team will serve on the PSC. The Principal and the Union building delegate(s) shall serve as Co-Chairs of the Professional Solutions Committee. Where there is not a Union building delegate or at the existing building delegate’s request, the council chair or their designee may lead a campus Professional Solutions Committee. In the event a campus does not have a Professional Solutions Committee with Union members, Union officers may appoint temporary acting members to serve on the Professional Solutions Committee.

PSC Membership. The PSC shall have at least 6 and up to 8 members, within any case, an equal number of members appointed by each Party. Each Party’s initial membership on the PSC shall be as set forth in Schedule 5. Each Party may replace its PSC representatives at any time upon written notice to the other Party, provided that each Party shall appoint and maintain for the duration of the term of this Agreement representatives on the PSC of equivalent or higher position within that Party as the original representative(s) set forth on Schedule 5. The PSC shall keep minutes of its meetings and submit its meeting minutes to the EC members for EC and Party review. The host Party at each in-person meeting shall prepare the minutes for that meeting, otherwise, minute taking will alternate between the Parties for each meeting.
PSC Membership. The committee shall be led by co-chairs designated by the respective Parties in accordance with the terms set forth below or as otherwise agreed the Parties, individuals other than members of the committee may contribute to the committee’s deliberations regarding matters of specialized concern or expertise.
