Programme Manager. 6.1 Kent will appoint a Programme Manager who will be responsible for the day- to-day management of the Programme. The post may be wholly or partly funded from the Programme Investment Fund. The Programme Manager will report to the Steering Group, or other Groups as determined by the Steering Group, but line management will be the responsibility of Kent. The Programme Manager will be responsible for monitoring the progress of the Programme (including income and expenditure) and the production of the Annual Progress Report and Forward Delivery Programme. The Programme Manager will act as the "client’s representative" for the commissioning of Proposed Schemes.

Programme Manager. There is a need for a dedicated local Programme Manager who is operationally responsible for both FOBt and bowel scope screening and is of an appropriate seniority to be accountable and responsible for the management of both programmes. Administration staff The Bowel Cancer Screening System (BCSS) is set up to allow for ‘multiple booking’ of bowel scope screening appointments, with subsequent cancellations either explicitly or implicitly due to lack of response within the time limit. There is a considerable amount of re- booking of appointments and changes to bowel scope screening lists both on internal patient administration systems and within BCSS. The adequate number of administration staff and bookings staff will be an essential part in the efficient running of the bowel scope screening service. Endoscopy unit workforce A minimum of 2 nurses (1 of which must be a registered nurse) must be present during the bowel scope screening procedure. Where the endoscopist is a nurse, there is still a requirement for 2 additional people – this could be a combination of endoscopy and bowel screening nurses, but at one must be a registered nurse. Bowel scope screening endoscopists Bowel scope screening endoscopists must undertake the bowel scope screening accredited assessment process (See Appendix 1 – Accreditation of Bowel scope screening endoscopists) and meet the minimum standards and criteria in order to perform bowel scope screening procedures on the screening population. Nurse endoscopists working alone for evening sessions (with no medical cover on site) will need local Trust clinical governance protocols to acknowledge autonomous practice. Screening centres are encouraged to work with Health Education England’s clinical endoscopist training programme (formerly non-medical endoscopist). SSPs may consider undertaking training as bowel scope screeners. Training must be undertaken within a JAG accredited programme, with funding for any training supported by the individuals own trust/screening centre. Lead Specialist Screening Practitioner The lead specialist screening practitioner (LSSP) plays a pivotal role in leadership of the nursing team. Together with the clinical lead and programme manager they manage the day-to-day operational matters of the bowel cancer screening programme. This guidance will also include the specifics of any information required to progress the reform that may be related to asset quality, asset value, costs, and funding arrangements.

  • Adaptive Management ‌ This CCAA is based on the principles of Adaptive Management set out in 65 Fed. Reg. at 35,242. The adaptive management process is a structured approach for dealing with uncertainty. The adaptive management process develops hypotheses regarding uncertainty and research to test those hypotheses in an iterative process to develop effective strategies for minimizing the uncertainty. The signatories to this CCAA agree and recognize that implementation of the Conservation Strategy objectives and criteria, Conservation Measures and Actions, and the Covered Area may change as new science emerges. The effectiveness of the Conservation Strategy objectives and criteria, Conservation Measures, Conservation Actions, monitoring methods, and new technologies will be reviewed by the Administrator on an annual basis, with input from the Adaptive Management Committee. The Adaptive Management Committee will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating the effectiveness of Conservation Program under the 2020 DSL CCAA as described in Sections 2.0 and 16.1, including the effectiveness and implementation of the Conservation Strategy, Conservation Measures and Conservation Actions; setting priorities for DSL Habitat conservation and monitoring habitat loss; and recommending changes to any aspect of the Conservation Program based on new science. As a result, appropriate modifications to the Conservation Measures and Actions may be incorporated to further refine the goals and objectives of this 2020 DSL CCAA. Such modifications are incorporated into existing CIs, if they were identified in changed circumstances in the 2020 DSL CCAA. Modifications not related to changed circumstances identified in the 2020 DSL CCAA and instead related to unforeseen circumstances may be incorporated into new CIs that take effect after the modifications have been made and to existing CIs only with written consent from the Participants and Service. Additionally, research projects that are designed to determine the effectiveness of management practices will be encouraged and utilized to determine what Adaptive Management is necessary. Changes resulting from Adaptive Management will flow through the Governance structure as described in Section 2.0 of this CCAA.

  • SITE MANAGEMENT We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to: (1) monitor the Site for violations of these Terms of Use; (2) take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms of Use, including without limitation, reporting such user to law enforcement authorities; (3) in our sole discretion and without limitation, refuse, restrict access to, limit the availability of, or disable (to the extent technologically feasible) any of your Contributions or any portion thereof; (4) in our sole discretion and without limitation, notice, or liability, to remove from the Site or otherwise disable all files and content that are excessive in size or are in any way burdensome to our systems; and (5) otherwise manage the Site in a manner designed to protect our rights and property and to facilitate the proper functioning of the Site.

  • Project Manager The term “Project Manager” refers to the employee of the State who has been assigned responsibility for overseeing and managing the proper and timely implementation of the project.

  • Time Management Because of the nature of the duties performed by these supervisors, it is impracticable to apply provisions which prescribe normal work hours. However, it is normally expected that eighty (80) hours of work shall constitute a normal payroll period. It is recognized that these supervisors are responsible for managing and accounting for their own hours of work and that they may work hours in excess of the normal work day and/or payroll period and may make adjustments in hours of work in subsequent work days and/or payroll periods, provided such time management system does not result in overtime payment or guarantee hour-for-hour time off for extra hours worked.
