As part of that program, the parties agree to continue a Joint Advisory 5 Committee to: 6 y Review the drug and alcohol segments of the Employee Assistance Program 8 on a regular basis, and 9 y Make recommendations on enhancing the effectiveness of those segments. 11 12 This advisory committee will be composed of two (2) Company representatives 13 (including the Employee Assistance Program Administrator) and two (2) Union 14 officials. 15

  • Follow-up Testing An employee shall submit to unscheduled follow-up drug and/or alcohol testing if, within the previous 24-month period, the employee voluntarily disclosed drug or alcohol problems, entered into or completed a rehabilitation program for drug or alcohol abuse, failed or refused a preappointment drug test, or was disciplined for violating the provisions of this Agreement and Employer work rules.
