Prior to the Commercial Operation Date. Supplier shall provide to Buyer in a monthly project report all pertinent information in connection with Supplier's hot water and steam supply to be used for the Generating Facility including: drilling data, test and well performance information and any reports pertaining to the geothermal reservoir, status in obtaining Project Milestones; progress in obtaining any approvals or certificates in connection with achieving the Commercial Operation Date; and a discussion of any foreseeable disruptions or delays. The monthly project reports should be provided at the latest on the 15th day of every month. The Parties shall conduct meetings every six (6) months or more frequently if requested by Buyer to review this data and any information related to Supplier's completion of or progress toward the Project Milestone activities listed in Exhibit 6.
Prior to the Commercial Operation Date the Project Company shall be responsible for arranging for the supply of all electrical energy and capacity required for construction of the PV Facility through (i) self-generation, or (ii) to the extent available, through making arrangements to purchase construction power from the distribution company (Electricity Distribution Company or EDCO) or other available providers of electricity at the general tariff applicable to industrial users in Jordan, all in accordance with the General Electricity Law No. (64) of 2002. After Commercial Operation Date, NEPCO shall sell electricity to the Project Company at the Bulk Industry Tariff as set and amended from time to time by the EMRC if the Project Company requires electricity from NEPCO, including for the following:

In addition to any other requirements for Commercial Operation under this Agreement, Supplier shall (a) provide notice to Buyer of its best estimate of the projected Operation Date and Commercial Operation Date on the PUCN Approval Date, (b) notify Buyer as soon as Supplier becomes aware of any changes in such projected dates, and (c) shall coordinate with Buyer regarding the commencement of operation of the Generating Facility. In addition to the foregoing, Supplier will provide Buyer with such other operational or technical data as Buyer may reasonably request and as may be reasonably necessary to determine Supplier's compliance with its obligations hereunder and/or its progress toward Commercial Operation.

The Transmission Developer shall conduct tests on the Large Generating FacilityNYPA Transmission Facilities as required by Good Utility Practice such as an open circuit “step voltage” test on the Large Generating Facility to verify proper operation of the Large Generating Facility’s automatic voltage regulator. Unless otherwise agreed, the test conditions shall include: (1) Large Generating Facility at synchronous speed; (2) automatic voltage regulator on and in voltage control mode; and (3) a five percent change in Large Generating Facility terminal voltage initiated by a change in the voltage regulators reference voltage. Developer shall provide validated test recordings showing the responses of Large Generating Facility terminal and field voltages. In the event that direct recordings of these voltages is impractical, recordings of other voltages or currents that mirror the response of the Large Generating Facility’s terminal or field voltage are acceptable if information necessary to translate these alternate quantities to actual Large Generating Facility terminal or field voltages is provided. Large Generating Facility testing shall be conducted and results provided to the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO for each individual generating unit in a station. Subsequent to the Commercial OperationIn-Service Date, the Transmission Developer shall provide Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO any information changes concerning the NYPA Transmission Facilities due to equipment replacement, repair, or adjustment. Connecting Transmission Owner shall provide the Transmission Developer and NYISO any information changes concerning the Network Upgrade Facilities due to equipment replacement, repair or adjustment in the directly connected substation or any adjacent Connecting Transmission Owner substation that may affect the Developer AttachmentNYPA Transmission Facilities’ equipment ratings, protection or operating requirements.   • Commercial Operation Date 6.4.1 The SPV shall ensure that the Project Commercial Operation Date is achieved on or prior to the Scheduled Commercial Operation Date. The SPV shall provide a written notice to MSEDCL at least 30 (thirty) days in advance intimating MSEDCL of the proposed date on which the Commercial Operation Date of a Unit or the Project is proposed to be achieved.

  • Commercial Operation On or before December 31, 2023, Interconnection Customer must demonstrate commercial operation of all generating units. Demonstrating commercial operation includes achieving Initial Operation in accordance with Section 1.4 of Appendix 2 to this ISA and making commercial sales or use of energy, as well as, if applicable, obtaining capacity qualification in accordance with the requirements of the Reliability Assurance Agreement Among Load Serving Entities in the PJM Region.

Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Verizon Operations Support Systems Verizon systems for pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing.

  • Transition Period Due to the nature of our purchasing process, the District often requires an existing service provider to continue to provide goods and/or services while the District is in the process of advertising, evaluating, and awarding a contract for the provision of the same goods and/or services in the future. To accommodate this process, the Contractor shall agree to maintain the same terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days after the automatic termination of this Agreement at the end of its term, if requested by the District, as a transition period. In addition, if the Contractor is not the successful bidder for a future solicitation for the same or similar services, he or she shall agree to provide the same goods and/or services provided in this Agreement for a period up to ninety (90) days to allow for an orderly transition to the new provider. The District and the Contractor may mutually agree to a longer transition period.

  • Substantial Completion Date Substantial Completion of the Work as defined in Article 6.1.2 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by July 31, 2022.
