Term of the Company. The existence of the Company commenced as of the date that the Certificate of Formation was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware and shall continue until dissolution thereof in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Term of the Company. The term of the Company commenced on the Formation Date and shall continue in existence until termination and dissolution thereof as determined under Section 21 of this Agreement; provided that this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect notwithstanding the termination and dissolution of the Company.
Term of the Company. The term of the Company shall commence on the date the Articles of Organization of the Company are filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Tennessee in accordance with the provisions of the Act and shall continue in perpetual existence unless and until dissolved and terminated pursuant to this Agreement.

The term of existence of the Company commenced on the date of the filing of the Certificate with the Secretary of State, and shall continue until the dissolution of the Company has been completed pursuant to Section 18 and the Certificate has been canceled in the manner required by the Act.
Term of the Company. 3.2 The term of the Company shall commence on the date the Certificate is filed with the Delaware Secretary of State in accordance with the provisions of the Act and shall continue until dissolved and terminated pursuant to this Agreement.
Term of the Company. The term of the Company shall commence on the Formation Date and shall last in perpetuity or exist until such time as the winding up and liquidation of the Company and its business is completed, following a liquidating event, as provided herein.
Term of the Company. The Company will have perpetual existence, unless sooner terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Term of the Company. The term of the Company commenced on the date the Certificate of Formation for the Company was filed with the Delaware Secretary of State and shall continue until December 31, 2047, unless otherwise dissolved pursuant to Article 8 or unless extended by the unanimous agreement of the Members. The existence of the Company as a separate legal entity shall continue until the cancellation of the Certificate of Formation of the Company in accordance with the provisions of the Delaware Act.
Term of the Company. The term of the Company shall commence on the date of the filing of the Certificate as required by Section 18-201 of the Act and shall continue in existence until the Termination Date, unless its existence is sooner terminated upon dissolution (and subsequent termination of the Company after the winding up of its affairs) as provided in this Agreement or the Act, or unless the term shall otherwise be extended by amendment to this Agreement.
Term of the Company. The term of the Company shall commence on ------------------- the date of the filing of the Certificate and shall be perpetual, unless the Company is sooner terminated and dissolved pursuant to the terms hereof. No Member may withdraw from the Company without the prior written consent of the other Members, other than as expressly provided in this Agreement.
