Commercial Operation definition

Commercial Operation means the Conditions of Operation in which the complete equipment covered under the Contract is officially declared by TSECL to be available for continuous operation at different loads upto and including rated capacity. Such declaration by TSECL, however, shall not relieve or prejudice the Contractor of any of his obligations under the Contract.

More Definitions of Commercial Operation

Commercial Operation means the date on which the Project becomes commercially operational and placed into service such that all of the following events have occurred and remain simultaneously true and accurate:
Commercial Operation means the Facility is operating and able to produce and deliver the Product to Buyer pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
